Research on the Reform Strategy of University Education Management under the Concept of Innovative Education

Abstract

At present, China’s higher education is facing an important stage of transition and development. The university should adhere to take the innovative ideas as the guidance, constantly improve the work of education management, abandon the traditional teaching management concept, and adhere to the strategy of innovative personnel training. On the basis of the implementation of innovation strategy, further deepen the reform of university teaching management. Based on this, this paper mainly discusses the reform strategy of university education management under the innovative education concept for the exchange of reference.
