“Five Turns” of Applied Talent Cultivation of Art Management in Digital Era

Abstract


Art management, as one of the emerging interdiscipline in the new liberal arts construction of Chinese universities, plays an important role in promoting China’s regional economy and social development. In the digital era, the extensive application of digital technologies has provided new opportunities and challenges for art management. This thesis explores how to cultivate application-oriented talents who can meet the development requirements of the art industry in the digital era, and illustrates specified direction and strategies of talent cultivation in art management majors through the “five turns”.
