Abstract

Ideological and political education work, which has always been an important part of the teaching work carried out in colleges and universities, is directly related to the comprehensive quality of students. Therefore, in the current teaching, it is necessary to ensure
that the development of education and the new period of society fit each other and fully realize the reform of teaching work. In the
analysis of this paper, the method of building the teaching team of college Civics under the guidance of the spirit of the Twentieth
Congress is mainly elaborated, aiming at providing a good teaching environment for students.
