Exploration on the Development of Music Teachers from the Perspective of Art Course Teaching

Abstract


With the improvement of the new curriculum reform in the new era, the Compulsory Education Curriculum Plan and
Curriculum Standards (2022 Edition) have been promulgated one after another, reflecting the country's increasing emphasis on aesthetic
education. The reform of the art curriculum has a lot of inspiration for the development of music teachers. The core literacy of the music discipline and the core literacy of the students' all-round development are also in line with the world's three major music education
philosophies. This article starts from the teaching of art courses , a brief discussion on the professional development of music teachers.
