Research on the Construction of Labor Education Evaluation System in Colleges and Universities from the Perspective of”All-sided Education”

Abstract


This paper aims to construct the evaluation system of labor education in colleges and universities from the perspective of”All-sided education”.The evaluation of labor education in higher vocational colleges is the key point of labor education implementation in the new era.[1]Through the analysis of the social demand and labor education goals in colleges and universities,this paper establishes a set of systematic and complete evaluation index system.The system consists of three levels:Individuals,teams and societies.The evaluation indexes include teamwork ability,organization ability and innovation ability.At the social level,evaluation indicators include the social Influence of universities,the integration degree of Industry-University-Research,and a sense of social responsibility.The validity and feasibility of the evaluation system are verifi ed through the empirical study of several universities.
