Research on the Realization Mechanism of Enterprise Policy——Take the Safety and Health Policy of Mountain Treasure Corporation as an Example

Abstract

An enterprise-related policy has an important impact on the overall strategy of the enterprise.The implementation of a good policy promotes the development of the enterprise and the realization of the corporate culture.However,a good policy requires regular use of relevant methods and tools for observation,investigation,research,feedback and adjustment,only in this way can the policy become more perfect.This procedural process is called policy evaluation.This paper will take Guizhou Mountain Treasure Company,a famous enterprise in China,as the research object,and study the safety and health policy of the enterprise by means of questionnaire survey and interview,then analyze the data obtained from the questionnaire survey and interview,fi nd the problems and defi ciencies in the current health and safety policy of Mountain Treasure Company,and put forward corresponding countermeasures and improvement suggestions.It is hoped to provide theoretical basis for Mountain Treasure Company to formulate and implement health and safety policy better.
