On the Methods of Penetrating Chinese Excellent Traditional Culture into English Teaching in Higher Vocational Colleges

Abstract

As the core component of Chinese culture, Chinese excellent traditional culture plays an important role in education reform, and plays an imperceptible effect on the cultivation of college students' comprehensive quality. However, due to the targeted influence of English course standard content, Chinese excellent traditional culture is in a state of absence in higher vocational English teaching. In order to promote the realization of cultural exchange in the new era and promote students' confidence and expression of Chinese culture, it has become a trend of teaching to infiltrate excellent traditional Chinese culture into English teaching. By analyzing the necessity of integrating traditional culture into English teaching, this paper further discusses the effective strategies of penetrating traditional culture into English teaching in higher vocational colleges.
