Research on the Current Situation and Path of the Construction of "Double Qualified" Teachers in Higher Vocational Colleges

Abstract


"Double-qualified" teachers should have good ethics, solid theoretical teaching skills, excellent practical teaching ability and
innovative consciousness of seeking new changes. But at present, the "double-qualified" teachers in higher vocational colleges mainly
have weak supply-side ability, training mechanism to be improved, teacher guarantee incentive mechanism has not been perfect and other weaknesses. In order to improve the construction of "double qualified" teachers in higher vocational colleges, the path must be combined with external introduction and internal cultivation, carry out in-depth cooperation with enterprises, and improve the "double qualified"
teacher guarantee incentive mechanism.
