Research on the Problems and Countermeasures Faced by the Development of Party Members of Students in Vocational Colleges

Abstract

Improving the quality of student party member training is the key to strengthening the training and education of student party members in higher vocational colleges. Starting from the current problems existing in the training and education of student party members in vocational colleges, this paper analyzes the reasons for the current problems faced by the development of student party members, such as the improper motivation of some students to join the party, the imperfect assessment mechanism for the development of student party members, the insufficient role of student party members as pioneers and models, the unsatisfactory effect of the education and management, and the irregular management of archives.
