Research on A Company’s Competitive Strategy Based on Value Chain Model

With the development of the financial industry, the competition between banks is gradually fierce, the banking industry in our country has formed a situation in which multiple types of institutions cross and coexist, which has increased the competition intensity of our commercial banks. How to shape its own competitive advantage in the fi erce market competition in the future and consolidate the original market has become the top priority of the domestic banking industry. In this environment, it is of great significance to study the competitive strategy of Company A.
Taking Company A as the research object, this paper makes an in-depth analysis and discussion on Company A’s competitive advantages and disadvantages by using Porter’s value chain theory.
