Research on the Construction of Teaching Evaluation System in Higher Vocational Colleges from the Perspective of“Nurture Morality and Foster Talent”

Abstract


The purpose of this paper is to explore the construction of teaching evaluation system in higher vocational colleges from the perspective of”Nurture Morality and Foster Talent”.Firstly,the paper summarizes the relevant theories of the teaching evaluation system of”Nurture Morality and Foster Talent”,including the connotation and significance of the concept of”Nurture Morality and Foster Talent”and the characteristics of teaching in higher vocational colleges.Then,the paper puts forward some measures and suggestions for the construction of teaching evaluation system in higher vocational colleges from the perspective of”Nurture Morality and Foster Talent”,including improving the status of ”Nurture Morality and Foster Talent”,establishing multiple evaluation index system,adopting advanced data acquisition and analysis techniques,strengthening the construction of teachers,and improving teachers’comprehensive evaluation ability.This paper provides theoretical and practical reference for the construction of teaching evaluation system in higher vocational colleges.
