Objective: The purpose of this study is to investigate the changes of teaching ability of pre-service teachers during their internship. Methods: The pre-service teachers were divided into experimental group and control group, and the video of each class was recorded, encoded and scored by experts from primary schools, and SPSS was used to analyze the data. Objective: To explore the ways and methods of cultivating college Students' quality of entrepreneurship and innovation. Methods: Based on the investigation of nursing students of grade 2017 in Zhengzhou SIAS University, the preliminary questionnaire and interview outline were formulated. 58 nursing students of grade 2018 were pre experimented, and the questionnaire and interview outline were modified and improved. Then intervention research was carried out on 260 nursing students of Zhengzhou SIAS University in 2019. Results: Through the construction of college system and the application of positive psychology, the psychological quality of the subjects in the intervention group was improved better, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion: the influence of campus culture on the cultivation of college students' entrepreneurship and innovation is very obviousand the application of academy system makes the related cultural construction better and more deeply penetrate into students' daily life, learning and practice. The application of positive psychology can effectively improve students' willpower, resilience and other psychological qualities closely related to the practice of entrepreneurship and innovation, and promote students' positive mentality and tenacity Will to participate in related activities.

In the traditional teaching mode, teachers pay more attention to the teaching of professional theoretical knowledge and professional skills in the teaching process of structural optimization design courses, and often ignore students' ideological and political education, which leads to students in the process of structural optimization design. Due to lack of self-learning ability, ability to think and solve problems, and firm will to complete the design task efficiently. This article starts from the overview of the structural optimization design course, expounds the current ideological and political situation of the structural optimization design course, and explains the three aspects of the structural optimization design from three aspects that are conducive to cultivating students’ moral quality, improving students’ autonomy, and training students’ determination.
