In order to study issues related to the health and sustainability of the national higher education system, establish an
assessment system and advise countries where there is still room for improvement in the higher education system, we have
established a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model based on the entropy right law and a smooth time series analysis model.
The entropy right method is used to solve the weight of each index from the data itself, and to get the national level of higher
education health status. In terms of national higher education sustainability, we have transformed the sustainability of the
national higher education system into a mathematical problem for evaluating the rating of the future higher education system,
and established a smooth time series analysis model. Taking CLO as an example, the development of the foundation of higher
education is put forward, and it is predicted that CLO countries will realize the leap from middle grade to good grade in five
years, but there are still challenges to be faced in implementing it. Finally, we analyzed the sensitivity of the model, considered
the impact of the sample of selected indicators on the evaluation results, and considered the 10 indicators we selected. At the
same time, we also took into account the analysis of the extraction of the main components of the number of evaluation grade
errors, through analysis, we selected the four main components of the health assessment contribution rate of up to 96.7%, with
a strong credibility. Combining the health evaluation model of higher education system and the sustainability evaluation model
of higher education system established in this paper, the selected ARM, CLO, MNG, DEU, RUS, USA. The higher education
systems in the S.A. countries were evaluated for: poor, average, excellent, good.

Biochemistry is a compulsory course for medical-related majors. We used the TBL case teaching method to teach.
The method uses teamwork to carry out group and collective discussions. It is suitable for situations where there are many
students and few teachers, and small class case teaching is not possible. It can help students combine basic knowledge with
clinical applications. We have compiled a TBL case for the content of chapter 3 “enzymes”. Teachers give questions in depth

Objective to explore the value of artificial intelligence chest CT lung nodule detection based on deep learning.
Methods a total of 300 patients who underwent chest CT scans in our hospital from January 2019 to October 2020 were
collected as the research objects, and the lung nodule artificial intelligence recognition system was introduced to automatically
identify lung nodules, and the original impact detection results were carried out. To compare the location, size and
characteristics of lung nodules detected by two chief chest imaging physicians, compare the detection rate of lung nodules by
artificial intelligence software and imaging physicians, and the average time spent on the imaging. Results after confirmation by
2 chief physicians, 1123 true nodules were detected, with a diameter of 0.3~2.8cm, of which 158 were malignant nodules; the
detection rate of small and medium nodules based on artificial intelligence software based on deep learning significantly higher
than the detection rate of nodules by imaging physicians, and the detection rate of solid nodules and ground glass density nodules
is significantly higher than that of imaging physicians, subpleural nodules, peripheral nodules, and central nodules etc. The detection
rate of lung nodules at the location was higher than that of the imaging physician (P＜0.05); the artificial intelligence reading time
was (0.1±0.0) min, which was significantly shorter than that of the imaging physician (5.12±1.15) min (P＜0.05). Conclusion the
artificial intelligence system based on deep learning can detect malignant pulmonary nodules in a short time, which is higher than that
of physicians in detecting pulmonary nodules. It can be used as an effective auxiliary tool for the diagnosis of lung nodules.

Red tourism has becoming increasingly popular in recent years. It is an innovative way to strengthen and improve
the ideological and political education of college students in this new era. From the perspective of ideological and political
education, it has realized the innovation of the educational carrier, enriched the content and form of education, and achieved
remarkable results in the process of ideological and political education for college students. The red tourism market has great
potential for development, and it is particularly important to understand the red tourism preference of college students and the
specific influencing factors. From the perspective of the relation between red tourism and political education, this paper applies
theoretical knowledge of ideological and political education. This paper made use of questionnaire survey on the behavioral
preference of red tourism activities and how these students perceived the function of red tourism in their political ideology.
The respondents include the freshmen, sophomores, juniors and senior college students in Weifang Institute of Technology.
In the study, there are three functions of red tourism which surfaced: first, it enriches the form and connotation of red tourism
resources; second, the development of red tourism resources follows the principle of highlighting ideological education
and being close to life at the same time; third, it brought the red tourism education into the ideological and political theory
curriculum system. It also points out the problems existing in the implementation process. This paper also discusses the way
in which the function of ideological and political education can be realized, which is to improve the construction, management
and promotion of red tourism education, and engage college students in this way it enables students to accept ideological and
political education in an easier way with jubilation.

The purpose of the study is to investigate how Japanese English learners use formulaic sequence of language in
their writing. Formulaic sequences, for example, n-grams or chunks are considered to be one of the criteria for teachers to level
learners’ language naturalness. The study analyzes Japanese and native learners’ academic writing, and finds that Japanese
learners always over-use/under-use certain n-grams. This indicates that Japanese learners prefer to use n-grams that is not frequent
used by native speakers. At the end of the study, some teaching methods and implications will be given according to the results.

Objective: To explore the application value of project-based segmented teaching in clinical skills teaching. Methods:
Among the clinical medical students of grade 2018 in Jianghan University, one class was randomly selected as the experimental
group and the other class as the control group. The experimental group was given project teaching and the control group was
given traditional teaching method. The learning effect of the two groups was observed and the students in the experimental
group were investigated by questionnaire. Results: The learning effect of the experimental group was significantly better than
that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Project-based segmented teaching can significantly improve the learning effect
of clinical skills.

The Outline of the “Healthy China 2030” Plan issued by the Central Committee of the People’s Republic of China

With the rapid development of information technology, the concept of education and teaching in colleges and

On the basis of uniaxial compression test and microscanning, digital image technology was used to process and
integrate the experimental data of full tailing consolidated backfill, and a uniaxial compression simulation experiment system
for two-dimensional full tailing consolidated backfill was established considering the microstructure. With the curing age and
mechanical parameters of the whole tailing cemented backfill as inputs, the system was used to realize the virtual simulation
of the test block preparation, uniaxial compressive test and microstructure scanning electron microscope analysis of the whole
tailing cemented backfill at different ages. The application of the virtual experiment system enriches the experiment content,
improves students’ ability of experiment design, enhances students’ interest in learning and shortens the experiment time,
which is of great significance for improving students’ practical ability and improving the efficiency of experiment course.

In order to meet the request of the development science and economy of national, students possess knowledge and
