Aim of the study: The progressive loss of dopaminergic neurons in the m idbrain subst antia nigra pars compacta (SNpc) is the main pathological feature of Parki nson’s disease(PD), the motor dysfunction of PD are also related to it, and the reason is that the neuron-specifi c loss of autophagy leads to the accumulation of misfolded α-synuclein(α-syn) protein aggregates and cell apoptosis. The experiment made by the research group is aimed at obtaining the results of the α-syn，autophagy- inducing, and anti-apoptosis eff ects of Liuwei Dihuang Pill(LDP) to evaluate any potential antiparkinsonian properties to provide the favorable eff ects on motor symptoms in rotenone-i nduced PD rat models.Materials and methods: rotenone-induced PD rat models were
treated with LDP, the behavioral changes of the rats were detected by the bar test and the narrow beam test, the protein levels of
α-syn，autophagy-related proteins（LC3B-II/LC3B-I, P62）, and apoptosis-rela ted proteins (Bcl-2/ Bax) were measured using
western blot assays.Results and conclusions: It was observed in the model group compared with the control group that LDP im-
proved the behavioral winch including the bar test and the narrow beam test, reduced the co ntent of α-syn, increased the i nduction of autophagy, and reduced the cel l apoptosis. This study suggests that LDP eff ectively improved the behavioral and dopaminergic neuron damage in rotenone-induced PD rat models, and the mechanism of this action may be increased the induction of autophagy and the relief of apoptosis.

Recent years have witnessed an increasing popularity in online education in China. Nevertheless, despite its fl exibility and convenience provided by technology, online learning is facing a diffi cult time in establishing itself as an equal counterpart of traditional class teaching. . Sixty undergraduates participated in a special test of this study, which was entitled a paragraph in the Chinese-English translation of CET4. Their texts of translations, together with their answers to a post-test questionnaire, have been collected and analyzed from the perspective of translational thinking. The focus of this study is placed on the mental activities of the 60 undergraduates when they tried hard to translate texts about Chinese culture into English with a view to revealing some characteristics of C-E translational thinking in the 60 student translators when they grappled with words and sentences with distinct Chinese cultural denotations and to generate on the basis of those revelations some suggestions which may help English teachers to train college students to improve their quality of C-E translation and overcome fear when doing CET-4 translations.

We live in an environment fi lled with mass media, social media, and digital media. This study is about the attitudes and views of Chinese teachers towards media education in mainland China. The purpose of my research is to understand the popu-larity, importance and how to popularize media education in mainland China. Through qualitative research, this study conducted in-depth interviews with four Chinese teachers to collect data. The results showed that educators generally expressed a positive attitude towards media literacy education, pointed out the importance of media education and proposed relevant ability improve-ment programs.

Domestication and Foreignization are the main and much-debated translation strategies in the act of translation, a study of which is closely related to the whole fi eld of translation theory and practice.This thesis will make a prototype-theoretical study of D & F through a prototype analysis of the source and target texts, aiming to break the traditional dualistic-opposition situation of D & F. Based on a corpus study of Zhao Fa’s translation, the thesis will be devoted to the analysis of translation strategies of D & F about verbs in the corpus, the prototype of dialogues, and the prototype of scenes in translation. It hopes to conclude a typical translation strategy of the translator and prove that D & F are not in a dualistic position, but in a continuum, and can be mutual inclusive in certain conditions.

Due to the rising mobility of the population, it is imperative to introduce appropriate tools for assessing non-native speakers’ English-language skills and predict their academic or professional performance in order to obtain further progression. Due to this signifi cance, this paper aims to investigate the construct validity of reading section in the C1 Advanced English Test devised by the Cambridge English Language Assessment. For validation, Weir’s socio-cognitive framework is applied to examine the reading tasks of the 2021 sample paper. The fi nding shows that construct of the reading tasks are valid and scientifi c, thus suitable for organisastions and candidates to use it as a reference of their language profi ciency.

Under the circumstance of imperfect operation and management of beauty salons and increased staff work pressure,the problem of brain drain in beauty has occurred, which in turn aff ects the overall operation of beauty companies. This article takes Guangzhou Wellas Beauty Company as an example to study the problem of brain drain in the beauty industry.
