In recent years, positive psychology has fl ourished in China and gradually entered colleges and universities, especially in the psychological education of vocational colleges. Due to the diff erent characteristics of students from other schools, there are many diff erent factors.From the perspective of the development of positive psychology, taking the characteristics of students in higher vocational colleges such as inferiority, strong independence and criticality of thinking, and rapid development of self-consciousness as a breakthrough, this study discussed several bottlenecks in the development of positive psychology in the fi eld of higher vocational colleges at present, and proposed measures such as strengthening institutional advantages, increasing activities in various forms, and improving personnel's professional ability, which provided a paradigm for future research.

In order to improve the intelligence and convenience of image recognition technology,the author proposes a research on artifi cial intelligence information recognition management system based on image recognition technology.The author fi rstly introduces the principle and design of the system in detail,discusses the system architecture and scheme,the image recognition technology of neural network is analyzed,which has a certain role in promoting the research and application of image recognition.Finally,the PLC control system function is realized,the data management and information sharing realize the unifi ed management of data,and the subsystems are connected in series to eliminate the information island.Strengthening the research on image recog-nition technology will help to improve its social and economic value,and artifi cial intelligence-based image recognition technology will also become one of the key technologies necessary in the future.

Therefore, vocational colleges should pay more attention to improving the quality of accounting education. More attention should be paid to the use of innovation to lead the development of science and technology, accelerate the training of accounting composite talents with innovative spirit and entrepreneurial ability, vigorously train the practical ability, innovative spirit and entrepreneurial consciousness of accounting major students, improve the quality of innovation and entrepreneurship of accounting major students, and cultivate more main force for “mass entrepreneurship and innovation”. In addition, the characteristics of accounting major in vocational colleges require that theory and practice should be combined in teaching and theory should be tested in practice. In order to improve the communication and navigation system of helicopters,the author proposes the application of combining software radio technology into the communication and navigation system.Firstly,the basic idea and architecture of the system are analyzed,and the key technologies of the system are listed.Through analysis,software radio can well meet the multi-channel,multi-service,multi-user and comprehensive control technology of helicopter communication and navigation sys-tem.However,the RF front-end has extremely high requirements on the sampling speed and accuracy of the system,which are diffi cult to meet by existing processors and digital-to-analog converters,therefore,the radio frequency cannot be completely soft-ware-based,and it can only be digitalized at the intermediate frequency.The development of technology requires a process,and many aspects cannot be achieved in one step,in the process of development,development problems will be encountered,when encountering these problems,you should better correct your mentality,the problem should be analyzed from the root cause,and the root cause should be solved,the current development trend is very correct.We must go on steadily and steadily step by step,only in this way can the industry develop better,i believe that even greater achievements will be made in the near future.

This study focuses on Chinese EFL university students’ attitudes toward error correction and their preferences for corrective feedback. To be specifi c, forty respondents from various majors get involved in the study to share their opinions about error correction. After analyzing the results, this study is expected to provide teachers with some pedagogical suggestions to help them refl ect on their practice in the fi eld of error correction, so that learning effi ciency will be promoted.

This study investigates teachers’ perceptions of the use of L1 in EFL classrooms and examines how teachers apply translanguaging in the classrooms. Research on translanguaging as pedagogy has increased in recent years in diff erent countries;however, there is limited studies on EFL teachers’ perceptions and practices of translanguaging in China, especia lly at university level. Thus, this study highlights the need to explore this area by adopting mixed methods research. Findings revealed that nearly half of participants held a positive attitude towards L1 but there was a compromise between their perceptions and practices.

In the context of the era of diversifi ed fusion media, the establishment of a high-level and high standard education management model in colleges and universities has become an important cornerstone to improve teaching quality and effi ciency.At fi rst ,this paper discusses the infl uence factors of diversifi ed fusion media on the education management of colleges and universities in China, and fi nds that diversifi ed fusion media can promote the optimization and improvement of the network teaching environment in colleges and universities, the reform and upgrading of the internal management model. On this basis, it explores the lack of internal information security in colleges and universities, necessity of strengthening the construction of college administrators, and the importance of improving the sharing platform of college diversifi ed fusion media under the perspective of diversifi ed fusion media. In view of this, this paper puts forward policy suggestions on establishing university network security protection system, building a high-level university management team, and building an information based teaching management platform to help universities strengthen education management in an all-round way.

With the continuous development of China’s economy and social progress, the construction of new liberal arts has entered a new stage of the full launch, which has become an important direction of the college education system. A multi-channel signal acquisition,storage and playback system with high speed and high accuracy is proposed by reprocessing the signals that can’t be processed in real time and reproducing the collected signals in other places.Through FPGA control acquisition system,linear optocoupler is used to fi lter out high-frequency signal interference,ADS1258 realizes the conver-sion of 16 channels of analog data,asynchronous buff ering technology buff ers high-speed data,and sampling voting and delay fi l- tering are combined to improve the stability of switch control instructions,and fi nally 16 channels of data are collected and stored.

Although plenty of research has been done on domestic stock market index funds, few has talked about QDII index funds. QDII, Qualifi ed Domestic Institutional Investor, is a qualifi ed domestic investor who is allowed to make indirect investment in overseas markets. This report is written to discuss the QDII index funds which have last for more than three years in Chinese securities investment market. These index funds, classifi ed by their investment targets, include S&P 500 Index, NASDAQ Index,Hang Seng Index and other regional and industrial index. The comparative indicators used in the report include three years’annualized rate of return, standard deviation and sharp ratio, and grouping to analyze diff erent kinds of index funds. Report reach the conclusion that the market of QDII index funds has great potential, while investing in QDII index funds can help decentralize global assets and acquire profi ts. Besides, report provides recommendations to government, fi nancial institutions and investors.

Hainan Island is an island in the northwest of our country. In the process of historical development, there used to be Miao nationality, Han nationality, Hui nationality and other ethnic groups using diff erent languages in this community. The lan-guage characteristics of diff erent ethnic groups have been handed down over time, forming the characteristics of a region of Hainan Island with multiple dialects. At present, we fi nd that there are 14 dialects commonly used by Hainan residents. These dialects carry Hainan’s history and culture, folk culture and city culture passed down from generation to generation. The preservation of culture is due to the spread of language. The emergence of the new media era and convenient information transmission have cre-ated a good environment for the spread of dialects and culture in Hainan Island. This paper briefl y describes the characteristics of Hainan dialect and discusses the ways of its transmission.

Infl uenced by increasingly changed world context, some scholars argued the traditional bureaucratic form of organization is no longer applicable. On the contrary, there is an opposite hypothesis refers as post-bureaucracy, which attempts on an new organizational form that operates beyond the existence of rules, principles and hierarchies. Through learning from the experience of Netfl ix, it states that post-bureaucracy will contribute to the long-term sustainability, lower operational cost and a higher performance outcomes. Nevertheless, Wildfi re’s situation illustrate that with the increase in company scales and complication,post-bureaucracy will bring poor responsibility distribution, reluctant to communication, lack of formalization and problematic decision making. From bureaucracy to post-bureaucracy, it is more important for organisations to treat this choice as a matter of degree rather than of kind.

This paper mainly takes the reaction strength index of primary school students as the research object, tests the reaction strength index through the jump test system, and study the change trend of primary school students’ reaction strength index with age. The results showed an increasing trend of the reaction strength index from 8 to 10 years old, reached the highest at 10 years old, and decreased after 10 years old. At the same time, there was no signifi cant correlation between reaction strength index and age and height (P > 0.05), there was a weak negative correlation with weight (r = -0.246, P = 0.000 < 0.05), and there was a signifi cant correlation with gender (P = 0.021 < 0.05), the girls were higher than the boys.

In this study, the use of the fi ller words by Chinese learners of Japanese was quantitatively compared with the actual conversation of Japanese learners. A quantitative comparative analysis of the use of the fi ller words “anou”, “eeto”, “maa” and“nannka” was conducted. The results showed that, fi rstly, In terms of the frequency of use of each fi ller word, the frequency of use and the type of use showed diff erent trends as learners’ profi ciency increased. Advanced Japanese learners used “anou” and “maa” signifi cantly more frequently than intermediate Japanese learners.Second, the frequency of each usage of fi ller words increased with the learners’ profi ciency, and the frequency and types of usage also showed diff erent tendencies. Third, although the frequency of use increased with profi ciency, the learners did not grasp the multifunctional nature of fi ller words in terms of their use of conversation functions. Thus, teachers should strengthen the guidance of fi ller words in current Japanese language teaching.

The aim of the study is to explore EFL teacher’s perception of their roles in the classroom. Four EFL primary teachers in China were interviewed. The results show that the main roles teachers perceive are organizer, manager, facilitator, participant and evaluator. However, teachers perform the roles of organizer, manager and evaluator well, while the roles of the participant and facilitator are performed poorly.

This essay makes a comparative text analysis based on Halliday’s systematic functional grammar. The two texts an-alyzed below are selected from the authentic examination papers of International English Language Testing System, or IELTS henceforth. This essay starts with a brief introduction to IELTS and to methodology, followed by extensive analysis of the two texts. By drawing comparison to demonstrate how metafunctions are realized respectively in each text, I will try to explain why one text writer excelled the other in terms of linguistic performances. There is theoretical foundation supporting the assessment of their scores rather than relying on intuitive impression.

Literary translation has always been an important and diffi cult point in translation, in which the translation of poems with more refi ned language and more beautiful artistic conception is more diffi cult. Chinese classical poetry is quite diff erent from English poetry in content, format and the way of expressing emotion. Among them, the diff erences in image, rhythm and form in poetry are the most obvious. So whether translating classical Chinese poetry into English or translating English poetry into Chinese will reduce the charm of the original poetry. The translation theory of “dynamic equivalence” put forward by Eugene Nida shows that translation is not only lexical equivalence, but also semantic and stylistic equivalence. [1] In some ways, the theory of functional equivalence can guide the translation of poetry and provide some criteria. According to the theory of functional equivalence and the characteristics of Chinese and English poetry, the author makes an appreciation and comparison of the three English versions of Yong Liu.

Maslow’s hierarchy of needs tells us that people’s demands have something in common. From the lower to the higher level, human demands can be divided into fi ve categories – physiological needs, safety needs, love and belonging, esteem, and self-actualisation. In Journey to the West, we can see that when faced with diffi culties, diff erent characters will react in diff erent ways because of diff erent needs. Among them, Monkey King demonstrates the highest level— of self-actualisation. While in the novel Around the World in Eighty Days, Phileas Fogg also shows his need for self-actualisation. Although the two characters have the same condition, the thoughts and the way they use to self-actualize are diff erent. In the past, when studying Journey to the West, the scholars focused on how this book was fi nished, the author, the copies, literal contributions and the symbolisation of the characters. When referring to Around the World in Eighty Days, studies are often about the author and the social eff ects that the book makes. This paper will study how the environment aff ects the people attached to it in the way and the need they actualise themselves. It will help the readers understand the works better and study further the eff ects that the environments can have have the forming and actualisation of self-esteem.
