Tourists’ travel experience is usually aff ected by many factors in their destination. More and more studies agree that the combination of cognitive assessment and emotional results is equally important for the impact of destination tourism experience.However, there are still some diff erences in the methods of destination attribute and emotion measurement in previous studies. This paper takes tourists to Ningxia as an example to determine the attributes of tourist destinations and the measurement dimensions of tourist consumption emotion. In order to achieve the goal, 50 tourists were pre-studied by questionnaire survey, and SPSS was used to analyze the validity and reliability. The results show that all measurement dimensions have good validity and reliability.This paper helps to improve the relevant research of Ningxia as a tourist destination, and determines the destination attributes that may enhance tourists’ tourism experience, which has certain theoretical and practical value.

This essay deals with the problem of shaping of multiple spectacle of literary education in higher vocational colleges in multi-ethnic areas in China. This paper fi rstly analyzes the impact of carbon emissions trading intensity on the total factor productivity of enterprises,and investigates the impact of government subsidies on both. The results show that: Firstly, there is an inverted U-shaped relationship between the intensity of carbon emissions trading and the total factor productivity of enterprises.Secondly, government subsidies can signifi cantly contribute to the total factor productivity of enterprises. Thirdly, government subsidies have a moderating eff ect on the relationship between the intensity of carbon emissions trading and the total factor productivity of enterprises, and there is a threshold value. When the value of government subsidies is in the range of Sub≤15.19, carbon emissions trading intensity has a signifi cant positive contribution to the total factor productivity of enterprises≥19.844, carbon emissions trading intensity has a signifi cant inhibitory eff ect on the total factor productivity of enterprises.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the motivation level of Japanese learners who prefer Japanese anime from the perspectives of self-effi cacy, attribution of success or failure and motivation decline. The results show that Japanese learners who like anime have a higher level of self-effi cacy and a higher level of adaptive attribution of success or failure. But in the survey also found that with the increase of grade, the level of motivation has a declining trend. In addition, the survey shows that even among Japanese learners who like anime, nearly half of them have experienced a decline in motivation, the main reasons are the increase in learning diffi culty, employment diffi culties, learning content and the content of their own interest, and so on.

In China’s current higher education management system, students are mainly educated and managed directly by class teachers and political counsellors, and these two diff erent roles have a clear division of labour, each with its own focus but complementing each other and working closely together. Based on the actual student management work of classroom teachers in colleges and universities, this paper takes improving the effi ciency of classroom teachers and promoting the growth of college students as the starting point. By analyzing the role of classroom teachers in colleges and universities, the diff erences and confl icts between the classroom teachers and political counsellors, as well as the internal reasons for the low motivation of part-time classroom teachers, the assessment and incentive measures of part-time classroom teachers are then discussed. In China, nearly 300 million people have some degree of sleep disturbance. Sleep disorder is a phenomenon of abnormal sleep duration or unusual behavior during sleep, and it is also a manifestation of the mutual imbalance of the normal rhythm of sleep and wakefulness. The main reasons aff ecting people’s sleep disorders can be attributed to physiological reasons, psychological factors, and external environmental factors. Sleep disorders have serious negative eff ects on body metabolism, immune function,and mood. Nowadays, the ways to improve sleep disorders can be divided into two kinds of sleep aid products: drug treatment and intelligent hardware treatment, but both methods have certain limitations. Live online teaching activity is a new teaching method, teachers can detect students’ learning behavior through online teaching form, and then predict its impact on academic performance. This paper takes the college students using the Wisdom Tree platform as the research object, analyzes the students’ learning behavior in online live teaching and its infl uence on their academic performance. The results show that online learning behavior can positively predict students’ academic performance, that is, the more online learning behavior students have, the more signifi cant their academic performance will be. Among them, the number of students reading announcements online has a signifi cant positive correlation with their academic performance. Conclusion: The application of information platform in online live teaching will aff ect students’ academic performance.

This paper made a diachronic investigation of the development of the object of Chinese “chi/shi”. Later, in classics such as the Book of Songs and the Analects of Confucius, the word “junzi” was endowed with moral and self-cultivation meanings, and the junzi personality gradually became an ideal personality pursued and inherited by the Chinese people from generation to generation. Chinese traditional culture believes that beauty is the highest realm of life, and this realm of life is embodied in the construction and pursuit of a gentleman’s personality.
