The practical training eff ect of modern property management is very important for the students to master the theoretical knowledge and related skills,and to adapt to the internship as soon as possible.The traditional practical teaching often only focuses on the teaching form so that the students are diffi cult to acquire the real abilities in the practical training.This paper explores an on-line virtual property management practice teaching model with the help of the property management SaaS platform,which allows students to simulate the roles of property management and Contact with the practice of modern property management in advance to achieve a seamless transition from in-school learning and training to internship and employment.Teachers can use the platform data to evaluate the training eff ect of students.

Metadiscourse is an good way for writers to express their views and infl uence readers’ understanding of their discourse.Previous studies focused on written discourse, while little eff ort has been conducted in spoken discourse. Based on Hyland’s (2005) interpersonal model of discourse and Aristotle’s rhetoric persuasion theory, this study explores psychologists’ use of interactional metadiscourse in CCTV program “Psychological Interview” and how they are used to achieve appeals of persuasion. The result shows that psychologists use much boosters and engagement markers to enhance the persuasion of their discourse, and focus on the realization of credible appeal with boosters, hedges, self-mentions. Engagement markers, attitude markers, self-mentions are used achieve aff ective appeal.

With the development of science and technology and the development of the times, cross-cultural communication has become an essential ability. Cross-cultural communication is the communication between people with diff erences in language and cultural background, which is widely used in diplomacy, trade, commerce and education. Speech refers to the way of speaking and pronunciation, and speech acquisition refers to mastering a certain language naturally in a language environment. Intercultural communication between English and French bilinguals in phonetic acquisition refers to the phenomenon of people with diff erent language backgrounds communicating in an English or French environment. Henry David Thoreau (1817-1862) was an excellent natural philosopher in America. Walden is one of his most famous works. It recorded his thought about nature living in Walden for 2 years. This paper attempts to discover the specifi c thought of nature in Thoreau’s works, and appeal for attention of modern people to ecological nature. It inspired people the idea of harmony between humanity and nature. This paper is divided into 3 parts. The fi rst part will introduce Thoreau himself and his work Walden. The second part will analyze spiritual contributions of Thoreau and his infl uence to the generation, pointing out that ecological value and practical guiding signifi cance of Thoreau’s nature thought. The last part will express what I have learned in the book.According to Thoreau, he reminds human that they must attach importance to the harmony between themselves and nature as well as stimulate people’ thought to protect nature.

Aff ective factors are an important factor in second language acquisition and teaching, and more and more scholars have studied second language acquisition from the perspective of aff ective factors in recent years.
Further research on aff ective factors in second language acquisition is necessary to better understand the impact of aff ective factors on second language acquisition and to better teach it.
This paper fi rst describes the infl uence of aff ective factors on second language acquisition from three aspects: motivation, attitude, and anxiety, and then suggests several insights into aff ective factors in second language acquisition for English language teaching.

With the implementation of the “The Belt and Road” policy and the strong promotion of Chinese culture “going global”, the unique charm of Chinese culture has become more and more prominent. Since the outbreak of Covid-19, the great role played by Chinese medicine in the fi ght against the epidemic has made scholars at home and abroad more and more aware of the culture of Chinese medicine and the valuable value of Chinese medicine, thus setting off another wave of “Chinese medicine research”. The data in this paper were obtained from the Chinese medical classics in English translation (2000-2022) in the CNKI database, and combined with the traditional measurement and statistical methods and Cite Space visualization software, to clarify the current development of Chinese medical classics in English translation in China.The results show that the scope of research on the English translation of Chinese medical classics is relatively narrow, with the core research institutions mainly being major medical colleges and universities, and the studied books are mainly focused on the well-known classics, and the research method is relatively single. Therefore, based on the paper published in the past 20 years, the writer analyzes the current research hotspots in this fi eld and the reasons for their formation, hoping to put forward some suggestions for promoting the development of English translation of Chinese medical classics and further promoting the dissemination of the excellent culture of Chinese medicine to the outside world.

In this study, we conducted a comprehensive analysis of a large amount of data to explore the impact of the aging population phenomenon in society, focusing particularly on the challenges and countermeasures posed by aging populations to the reforms of China’s institutions. We also developed a dynamic behavior trajectory locational data analysis system aimed at assisting in locating missing elderly individuals, and drew meaningful conclusions from the data analysis. Our research results demonstrate the signifi cant practical value of data analysis in the context of the aging population phenomenon and suggest that our dynamic behavior trajectory locational data analysis system has great potential for marketization and commercialization.

Cultivating students’ intercultural communication competence (ICC) is the requirement of modern development, and it is also one of the general goals of high school English curriculum standards. English discourse is an eff ective way to cultivate students’ intercultural communication competence for it is loaded with intercultural knowledge, and of great intercultural value.Based on discourse and three-dimensional objectives, this study designs four teaching steps to implement the cultivation of ICC,i.e., attitude cultivation, knowledge construction, application and practice, refl ection and adjustment, providing a preliminary implementation plan for cultivating students’ intercultural communication competence in high school English reading teaching.

This paper uses questionnaires and data analysis to collect and analyze data from non-English majors of freshman and sophomore in University of Sanya. It primarily explores students’ awareness of ideological and political education and their main needs about what ideological and political contents to be taught in college English learning . The results of research indicate that: (1) There are 65.83% of the students think that it is necessary to carry out ideological and political education in college English course. (2) At the same time, the survey data show that in terms of ideological and political contents 74.2% students are interested in the spirit of Chinese culture, 73.27% students prefer to current aff airs commentary and students who like China’s core socialist values most account for 64.58%. This paper analyzes the feasibility of mining ideological elements to satisfy students’ needs and perfect the contents of ideological and political education in the textbooks of New Progressive College English Integrated Course 1&2.

This paper selects humidity, maximum temperature, minimum temperature, historical load data and holiday type as input variables, and constructs LSTM neural network model to predict the daily maximum load and daily minimum load of a place. The results show that LSTM is better than the minimum load in forecasting the daily maximum load.

In today’s information age, student management is no longer satisfi ed with the traditional manual management stage,but develops towards informatization and networking. The system is developed in B / S mode. The data processing function and operation fl ow are realized by using web technology and B / S framework technology. Firstly, this paper introduces B / s technology and expounds the advantages of student management informatization. Then, the framework of student management system based on B / S is designed to test the performance of student management system. Finally, the test results show that the running time and delay time of the system are very short, and the CPU occupation is maintained at about 3%. The system has basically achieved the expected functions.

This study aims to investigate how to develop prospective English teachers’ TPACK and thus help them qualify for the eff ective use of educational technology in their future English teaching. For this purpose, this study selected 30 students majoring English education of the workshop in Xi’an Fanyi University as object, and designed a training program which comprised three modules and nine topics that cover all the factors of TPACK. The program lasted for a whole term of 16 weeks. After the completion of the program, a follow-up survey on those prospective English teachers’ satisfaction about the program was carried out, which shows that the program was welcomed and satisfactory.

Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China (CPC), the CPC Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core has attached great importance to promoting Chinese culture abroad and strengthening China’s discourse power and infl uence internationally. Chinese traditional drama, as the quintessence of Chinese culture, is worthwhile to spread overseas to enhance the soft power of our culture. Domestic fi lms involving profound culture are eff ective channels for cross-culture communication. However, many factors still restrain the export of Chinese fi lms, especially subtitles translation. Therefore, how to achieve appropriate subtitles translation is crucial for Chinese culture to go global. Taking eco-translatology as the theoretical basis, this paper aims to analyze the subtitles translation of the Cantonese opera fi lm “The Legend of White Snake” from the perspective of three-dimensional transformation: language, culture and communication, so as to provide practical suggestions for subtitles translation and promote the dissemination of drama culture in English-speaking countries.

The teaching reform of biochemistry is one of the most important topics in biochemistry research and education. With the development of bioengineering and molecular diagnosis technology, a biochemistry curriculum that can refl ect and meet the needs of the 21st century is needed. This course should cover all relevant disciplines, from molecular biology to cell biology, genetic engineering and metabolic engineering. Guilin, a city which abounds in unusual natural wonders as well as the age-old cultures, is attractive to large number of foreigners and has become the must of their China tour. With the increasing popularity of the fl ipped classroom teaching model, more research on the fl ipped classroom emerged.However, most studies are about the structure of the fl ipped classroom itself or its impact on students’ performance, while relatively few studies are about the eff ect of the fl ipped classroom on students’ learning attitudes. Therefore, this study investigated the eff ect of the fl ipped classroom teaching model on students’ attitudes toward learning English guided by the constructivist learning theory.By randomly selecting two intact classes with 113 students, quasi-experimental research combining a mixed-method research approach was conducted. The students were involved in a fl ipped classroom for 16 weeks, and then their attitudes toward English learning were analyzed and studied in terms of cognitive attitudes, aff ective attitudes and behavioral attitudes. The results showed that students’ learning interest was enhanced and their attitudes toward learning English became more active and positive under the fl ipped classroom environment, which provides more opportunities for students to actively participate in learning. As a result,frontline teachers can adjust their teaching model to give full play to students’ initiative to enhance students’ positive learning attitudes and learning performance.

Objective To design an electronic journal based on “time Journal” APP and explore the infl uence of electronic journal on the time management tendency of nursing students in higher vocational colleges.Methods From June 2021 to March 2022, 120 three-year vocational nursing students were selected as research subjects. According to random number table method, they were divided into observation group and control group, 60 cases in each group. Results The two groups of nursing students completed all the practice tasks, the observation group nursing skills assessment score, the completion rate of practice expansion task were signifi cantly better than the control group; The scores of time management tendency of nursing students in the observation group were better than those in the control group. Conclusion The application of electronic ledger can not only improve the practical skill level and time management ability of nursing students, but also improve students’ learning burnout.

This study takes comments on immoral social events in hot topics in Sina Weibo as the data, and collects 200 impolite comments from Comment Page of four Sina Weibo news events. Based on Culpeper’s and Bousfi eld’s concepts of impolite strategies and Chinese morality as the theoretical basis, we use a qualitative research method to classify and interpret the impolite comments; what moral expectations are refl ected in the impolite comments from a moral perspective. The study found that:comments mainly employed impoliteness strategies such as challenging, insulting, and cursing; some frequently occurring moral expectations were discussed in these comments, such as: being fi lial to parents and being benevolent. This study reveals the causes of impolite comments based on a moral perspective, and these fi ndings are important for understanding the interrelationship between impoliteness and morality.

At the same time, the current academic research on ELF focuses on communication strategy, phonetic characteristics, conversation structure, and vocabulary syntax, without analyzing the pragmatic errors, which is not conducive to giving full play to the advantages of ELF. Based on this, this paper studies the types of pragmatic errors in English as a lingua franca for reference.

In the context of social economic development and continuous progress of science and technology, Internet information technology has been involved in all fi elds of society.
