With the fl ourishing of vocational education, vocational English education becomes an indispensable part of the college teaching programs. The paper investigated 206 higher vocational students so as to further observe the English learning motivation of higher vocational students. The questionnaire was adopted in the research. The exploratory factor analysis (EFA) was applied to investigate the internal structural of English learning motivation. The result suggested that English learning motivation of higher vocational consisted of the learning situation, parents and social responsibility, instinct interests, instruments, social contact and going abroad. Based on the result, the teaching suggestions are also displayed in the paper.

The Yunnan Dai peacock dance is one of the fi rst intangible cultural heritages to be selected for inclusion in the national intangible heritage representative list, as well as one of the most traditional ethnic folk dances among Yunnan’sminorities. This paper traces the historical and cultural origins and development of the Dai peacock dance in Yunnan, represented by the Ruili region, and analyses the changes in the art of the Dai peacock dance in modern times from the perspective of ethnic culture.

Objective: to understand the status of middle school students’ thinking style and academic performance, and to further understand and explore the relationship between the two. This will help middle school students improve their academic performance and understand and develop their learning advantages.Methods: Through careful collection of high school students’ accurate math and Chinese scores, then under the condition of limited time, let students do cognitive style tests, fi nally collected three variables, and studied the relationship between the three.In this study, 657 people in the 7th, 8th and 9th grades of Datong No.7 Middle School were tested with mosaic test whose reliability and validity have been proved to be feasible for countless times, and their mathematics and Chinese scores were collected for T test, F test and variance analysis. Results:(1) the diff erences of cognitive styles in grades 7, 8 and 9 (F=2.206,p<0.05) were statistically signifi cant; (2) the diff erence between male and female students in (t=-56.513,p<0.01) cognitive style, (t=-3.726,p<0.01) Chinese achievement has reached extremely signifi cant statistical signifi cance; (3) the diff erences in mathematics scores in 7, 8 and 9 years (F=12.651,p<0.01)were statistically signifi cant. (4) the score of mosaic pattern test is signifi cantly correlated with mathematics (r1=0.633, p<0.01)and the total score (r2=0.438,p<0.01) including the sum of Chinese and mathematics converted into z scores, and Chinese(r3=0.100,p<0.05).Conclusion: (1) In the three years when the nine-year obligation is coming to an end, there is little fl uctuation in some thinking styles of middle school students. Although they have gone through a storm period, the development of fi eld independence-fi eld dependence cognitive style has not reached a statistically signifi cant diff erence with the improvement of grade. (2) After entering the junior high school stage, the infl uence of gender factors on cognitive styles has become more and more important, and the diff erences of cognitive styles between diff erent genders have reached statistical signifi cance. (3) The research shows that with the grade improvement of junior high school students, the math scores and Chinese scores have changed diff erently. The grade variation of math scores is large, while the Chinese scores are small. (4) This study concluded that the diff erence in Chinese achievement between boys and girls in junior high school was statistically signifi cant. The collected mathematics and total scores (converted into Z scores) of junior high school students are closely related to the mosaic test scores, and the correlation coeffi cients are statistically signifi cant. The correlation coeffi cients between the Z scores of Chinese and the mosaic test scores are also statistically signifi cant.

Objective: To explore the prescription and medication rule of Chinese medicine in the treatment of Guillain-Barre syn-drome. Methods: Based on the literature published in CNKI, SPSS 26.0 software was used to analyze the frequency of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of GBS, and to explore the medication rule of Guillain-Barre syndrome. Results: A total of 55 prescriptions were included in this study, involving 141 TCM fl avors. The top 8 prescriptions were Astragalus membranaceus, an-gelica sinensis, licorice licorice, Poria cocos, Atractylodes atractylodes, Radix paeoniae, Radix codonopsis and Radix Chuanxiong.The four medicinal Qi are mainly warm, fl at and cold, the fi ve fl avors are mainly sweet, bitter and poignant, and the liver, spleen and lung meridian are mainly used in the return of meridian. The most commonly used drugs are drugs for reinforcing defi ciency and promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis. Six square groups were obtained by cluster analysis. Conclusion: The overall principle of modern Chinese medicine in the treatment of Guillimbari is to channel the meridians, activate collaterals and tonify qi and blood.

One of the characteristics of English is abstractness, which indicates the common use of abstract expressions in English texts. The utilization of abstract nouns is primarily used in formal or sci-tech texts; hence energy English, as a sort of sci-tech texts,has a body of abstract nouns. The fi rst introduction is about the forms of abstract-noun expressions, including inherent abstract nouns, verbal nexus-word, i.e. action noun, and predicative nexus-word, i.e. predicative noun. The second part discussed the func-tion of abstract nouns, including succinctness and coherence. Lastly, the translation techniques of abstract nouns is discussed via analyzing several cases under energy English context.

This paper explores the issue of compensation incentive from the perspective of mental accounting, builds a model of compensation incentive from the perspective of mental accounting, and proposes corresponding management suggestions on this basis. The paper fi rstly discusses the relationship between employee pay and non-pay, analyzes employee mental accounting and its important role in the organization, then proposes a model to explore the issue of employee compensation incentive from the perspective of mental accounting, and fi nally proposes a compensation incentive strategy based on the perspective of mental accounting. In our study of the relationship between employee pay and non-pay, we fi rst explored employees’ perceptions of compensation. The study found that employees preferred pay increases to non-pay increases and that diff erent types of employeeshad diff erent preferences for the timing of pay increases. We then analyzed employees’ mental accounting and found that at the individual level, there were diff erent levels of preference for the timing of pay increases. At the organizational level, we found that diff erent types and sizes of organizations have diff erent levels of preference for the timing of compensation rises.
