The concept of the Belt and Road Initiative was first proposed by the Chinese government in 2013, contributing to both China’s
trade and cultural development. However, this also created more severe and realistic challenges to the international engagement and
expression of talents in cultural industries. The cultivation of these talents is limited by the geographical locations of higher vocational colleges of cultural industries and their local economies. Therefore, these colleges should innovate their training models to better match
the local conditions to overcome the challenges. They need to strengthen the construction of teaching materials, introduce the dual cooperative education system of vocational education and enterprises, innovate the teaching methods, and make good use of the available guidance and incentive mechanisms. They also need to help talents raise their awareness of international engagements and expressions and enhance their sensitivity and adaptability to multiple cultures. Most importantly, colleges of cultural industries should help improve
talents’ expression abilities to achieve effective interactions and communications between cultural industries in the true sense, with
cultural industries as the content and language as the means, and make joint efforts to develop the Initiative.

English Curriculum Standard for General Senior High School (2017 Edition, revised in 2020) points out that the curriculum
standard should help students develop healthy aesthetic taste and good appreciation ability, deepen their understanding of the culture of
the motherland, enhance patriotism, strengthen cultural self-confidence, and establish a correct world outlook. This shows that aesthetic
education is an indispensable part of English teaching. In addition, Yan'an red culture is rich and this red resource treasure should be
learned and understood. Based on this, it is meaningful to explore the feasibility of implementing red aesthetic education in senior high
school English reading teaching, and use specific lessons to implement it, which can make students realize the ubiquity of beauty, exercise
their aesthetic ability, and provide reference for following researchers.

The problem behavior of primary and secondary school students in the classroom directly affects the quality of classroom
teaching. Studies have shown that problem behavior in the classroom of elementary school students can have many adverse effects on
teachers' classroom teaching and student development. As a teacher, managing students' classroom problem behaviors is one of the
trickiest things to do and a major source of professional stress. The modern world is multilingual. As the researchers, Sílvia and Maria(2018) indicate, diversity is fundamental to any
language and transcends any foreign language learning situation. The increase in multilingualism has drawn the interest of language
experts and instructors ( Park, 2013 ). Language teaching should also practice the concept of multilingualism, which is translanguaging. It refers to the ability of multilingual speakers to switch between languages, treating the several languages that make up their repertory as a unified system (Canagarajah, 2011). Translanguaging pedagogy is not simply about translation but a deeper understanding and
application of language by multilingual speakers. The author notes that in international high schools, students frequently study history
using their home(first) language to better comprehend and convey their thoughts in English. Cenoz and Gorter (2021) explain that
pedagogical translanguaging reinforces the process by which students link new and old material. Students can use prior knowledge to
comprehend better and retain new information and language, which is a highly effective instructional strategy. The paper aims to evaluate
the application of translanguaging pedagogy in the setting of international high schools and the problems behind it.

With the reform of public physical education courses in universities and the transformation of the learning needs of college

Therefore, it’s beneficial for enterprises to use historical and cultural elements in their brand marketing. Historical and cultural factors can enhance people’s sense of pride in their own culture and help enterprises to strengthen their brand
images and expand their market shares. Hence this paper focuses on historical and cultural factors that used by some enterprises in brand marketing and the effects achieved. The study found that the importance of historical and cultural factors to brand marketing cannot be underestimated. If enterprises properly use historical and cultural elements in brand marketing, they can help enhance brand depth, strengthen brand images, enhance consumer trust and loyalty the brands, and eventually promote product sales. In the context of the vigorous development of cognitive science, taking the scientific perspective as an example, this paper discusses the current situation, prospects and possible evolutionary paths of the integration of linguistics and psychology with college

Teacher-verbal feedback represents a significant instructional behavior for students progress. The present study investigates the
types and features of the classroom feedback in the high school English classroom and a combination of video-observation and
questionnaire approach was applied to systematically identify the frequently-used types and investigate features of teacher feedback in the
six public high-quality demonstration classes. The results show that 15 feedback types and four frequently applied types, namely Positive Feedback, Elicitation and Repetition in single type, and positive Feedback &Repetition in mixed feedback. Moreover, the study also
reveals that frequency of specific feedback types is different from the two sub-categories and the usage of feedback is divergent among
teachers. The present study may provide insightful implication for teachers profession development and contributes to improve their
feedback during teaching.

In the process of learning English, the importance of vocabulary is obvious, but the existence of a large number of synonyms in English has brought difficult challenges to teachers and students. In this paper, it takes some adjectives in English as an example, and uses

Teaching efficacy has been a significant area of focus in educational research, particularly concerning ideological and political education. This study aims to investigate the factors that contribute to the enhancement of teaching efficacy among ideological and
political teachers through an extensive literature review and empirical research. The results show that the learning environment, teacher-student interaction, teaching methods, and teacher professional development all have significant impacts on the teaching efficacy
of ideological and political teachers. Moreover, the study proposes several practical measures for improving teaching efficacy, including
enhancing teacher professional development, optimizing the learning environment, and promoting teacher-student interaction. The
findings will have important implications for the training and development of ideological and political teachers.

This paper aims to review and analyze the pros and cons of human teachers and virtual teachers in computer-assisted English
pronunciation learning and training as well as computer-assisted pronunciation training (CAPT) technology used for English
pronunciation training and learning. It indicates that computer-assisted English pronunciation training would be more effective than
human teachers’ English pronunciation training by comparing English pronunciation training given by human teachers and
computer-assisted English pronunciation training technology. In addition, it proposes the reasons for using CAPT technology, and
limitations of the CAPT system, and various effective and efficient measures on how to learn and train English pronunciation from varied
perspectives. Finally, it induces the effectiveness and efficiency of learning and training English pronunciation with computer-assisted

Vocabulary is a significant portion of second language learning. Words are the foundation of communication and

The process of vocabulary learning is a process of input and organization of new information in second language acquisition. This paper intends to propose the effectiveness of adopting a mind map to learn English vocabulary, consisting of the current situation of vocabulary learning, the importance of vocabulary
learning and the benefits of using a mind map to learning English vocabulary, and the role of a mind map using two types of association
strategies: morphological association (word formation association, affix association, similar morphology association, and compound word
association), semantic association (identical category association, synonym association, and antonym association). It is concluded that adopting an effective vocabulary acquisition strategy is beneficial to expand vocabulary and extend word memory.

Political addresses are always meant to be appealing and reaching out to people. Their most important emotional efficacy is in a way realized by means of the actions performed by the utterances. This paper discusses the role of library resources in promoting the teaching of higher vocational automotive maintenance
courses. It first introduces the current situation and characteristics of the higher vocational automotive maintenance program, and
emphasizes the students' needs for practical and professional knowledge. Then it analyzes the role of libraries in teaching automotive maintenance majors, including learning support in the freshman stage, deepening learning and research opportunities in the middle stage of the curriculum, and employment preparation and lifelong learning support in the upcoming graduation stage. The present study investigates the influence of happiness on teaching effectiveness among university teachers. Happiness has been widely acknowledged in different domains like education and psychology, and its impacts on individuals are multifaceted. Among
the various influences, teaching effectiveness is a focal point in education, especially for university teachers. It is suggested that happiness could play a positive role in enhancing educational outcomes through improved teaching effectiveness. The primary objective of this
study is to understand the relationship between happiness and teaching effectiveness among university teachers to facilitate improved
educational outcomes and well-being of educators. This study comprises a comprehensive literature review, an analysis of the significance, research methods used, findings, and conclusions to draw the relationship. Future research implications and limitations are also outlined.

With the deepening development of globalization, it has become an important task in the field of education to cultivate the
international communication ability of college English students. This study aims to explore the development path of English major students' international communication skills and make relevant suggestions. Through the comprehensive analysis of existing research and
empirical research, this paper finds that English students have some deficiencies in international communication ability, including the
limitations of curriculum and teaching methods, and the cognitive level of students on international communication ability. Based on this, this paper discusses the theoretical path of international communication ability cultivation from three aspects of language skills, cross-cultural communication and professional knowledge and skills, and provides relevant cases and analysis through empirical research. This study presents some specific suggestions, including educational policy and curriculum reform, teacher training, and student

Since the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, most higher and learning institutions have experienced challenges. Despite
efforts by al leaders to try and manage this new situation, the available human infrastructure wasn’t prepared for the event. The research
journal evaluates the opportunities and Challenges for Vietnam in the Development of Chinese teaching under the Background of the Epidemic. The research employed conventional content analysis to gather data from semi-structured and face-to-face interviews. Peer checks and member checks alongside an external observer were used to guaranteeing data rigor. The main opportunities for Vietnam in
the development of Chinese teaching under the background of the epidemic are categorized into five subclasses. These include improving
attitudes toward e-learning and adaptability, blended learning approaches, preventing the separation of learners from the al setting, increasing perceived usefulness, blended learning approaches and improved respect for instructors and faculty members. On the other hand, the main challenges for Vietnam in the development of Chinese teaching under the background of the epidemic are categorized into
four subclasses. These include failure to comply with the etiquette of virtual classrooms, time limitations, inadequate interactions as well as infrastructure problems and defects and problems.

Song Ci represents the prosperity of Song Dynasty literature and plays an important role in ancient Chinese culture. Shi Su, as a
famous poet in ancient China, has his own style of writing. Shi Su’s poems are bold and generous, full of unrestrained and open-minded
feelings. The author often uses the rhetorical method of metaphor, so as to express his aspirations through describing concrete objects and
express feelings to the nature. According to the conceptual metaphor theory proposed by Lekoff and Johnson, metaphor is not only a
linguistic phenomenon, but also a reflection of how people understand and conceptualize the world in which they live. Ontological metaphor refers to the construction of some other concepts based on the concepts of objects and substances, which can be subdivided into metonymy, container metaphor and personification. Ontological metaphor refers to that people regard intangible concepts such as abstract
feelings, ideas and thoughts as tangible entities or substances, and classify, group and quantify these concepts. This paper takes Yuanchong Xu’s English translation of Shi Su’s poems as an example to analyze the translation of Song Ci from the perspective of ontological metaphor theory.

Objective: In this study, students majoring in art design who participated in online art classes from private university of
Chengdu were selected as research subjects to study the factors influencing students’ willingness to learn behavior.The factors studied in
conceptual framework included perceived usefulness, performance expectancy, behavioral intention, satisfaction, self-efficacy, social
influence, as well as perceived behavioral control (PBC). Research design and data analysis: After data collection, 512 questionnaires were collected and after review for validation, 500 questionnaires remains for the data analysis. Purposive sampling and quota sampling were used in the sampling procedures. Before the data gathering, the content validity and reliability of questionnaire was tested by
Item-Objective Congruence (IOC) and pilot test (n=30). After the data collection, the Structural equation model (SEM) and confirmatory
factor analysis (CFA) are used in combination to verify the verification hypothesis and goodness of fit of the model studied. Results: According to the seven hypotheses,it is found that the main factor affecting students’ willingness is the perceived behavioral control
(PBC).

At present, the protection of intangible cultural heritage is accelerating across the country. As a higher education institution, it is also actively carrying out the practice of intangible cultural heritage into campuses, classrooms and teaching materials, and has achieved
certain results in related aspects. However, an intangible cultural heritage education system adapted to the development of modern society
has not been established, and how to build an intangible cultural heritage education inheritance mechanism from the overall education
system needs to be further explored. In this regard, it is necessary to think about this issue. This paper explores the logical mechanism and
innovative practice of the construction of intangible cultural heritage inheritance education system in colleges and universities, and
provides some countermeasures and suggestions for the construction of the current intangible cultural heritage inheritance education
system and practical innovation.

The purpose of this article is to point out two tenses, Double Perfect and Double Pluperfect, that are often overlooked in the
teaching of German, and through specific examples to reflect the usage, scene and carrier of these two tenses. Although, these two tenses are not common and are not included in regular German textbooks and classroom teaching. However, in real life they exist. Especially in
some German literary works or newspapers and magazines, these two tenses are often used to narrate,which can easily lead to misunderstanding and confusion for German learners. Even if it is not involved in regular learning, it is necessary for students to
understand these two tenses. Many of the examples cited in the article come from some relatively old local documents in Germany. This article is hoped to draw more German teachers and German learners’ attention to these two tenses, and constantly improve the German
grammar system.

Private higher education has become an important component of China’s higher education industry and an important force in
promoting education reform. With the need for comprehensive transformation in national policies and socioeconomic development, private higher education is also facing the problem of transformation. This article mainly sort, summarize, and analyze the private higher education based on the theoretical literature from 2000 to 2020. It is divided into three stages to sort out the development process of
private higher education after the reform and opening up. It summarizes the current challenges faced by private higher education, such as
serious homogenization, weak faculty, and single funding sources. In addition, it was proposed to optimize the professional settings, clarify the characteristics of the school, optimize the structure of teachers and vigorously train and cultivate them. Suggestions for optimizing fundraising channels and sharing educational expenses will be given in this paper.
