This article takes A-share listed companies in China from 2014 to 2022 as research samples to explore the relationship between the implementation of employee stock ownership plans and corporate innovation in listed companies. Research has found that compared to listed companies that have not implemented employee stock ownership plans, listed companies that have implemented employee stock ownership plans have higher innovation investment, and employee stock ownership plans are beneficial for promoting enterprise innovation. Compared with non high-tech enterprises, implementing employee stock ownership plans in high-tech enterprises can increase the R&D intensity of the enterprise. The research conclusion of the paper provides empirical evidence for improving the innovation capacity of enterprises and building an innovative country.

In this paper, 30 small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Guizhou were selected to study the happiness, psychological capital, and performance of their employees. It is found that the existence of diffi culties in SMEs, the risk of employee unemployment and epidemics will change the level of employees’ psychological capital, happiness, and also further aff ect the performance of enterprises. In this regard, after analysing and discussing, this paper argues that enterprises should pay attention to the cultivation of employees’ psychological capital, and reasonably balance the management of work pressure, working hours and other issues aff ecting employees’ occupational health and emotional exhaustion. Improving the overall psychological capital of employees makes it easier for them to alleviate the negative pressure at work, thus reducing the impact on work effi ciency and also increasing the stability of employees.

The application of project teaching method in film and television directing course is a key educational innovation. This article discusses the relationship between environmental protection and the sustainable development of animal husbandry in Qinghai Province. As an important region for the development of animal husbandry, Qinghai Province faces the dual challenges of environmental protection and economic development. Ideological and Political Education in majors is a new model of current ideological and political education work, and colleges and universities have successively carried out practice and innovation. In this report, single iron atoms anchored on nitrogen-doped porous carbon (Fe-ISAs/CN) was prepared and shown to possess high peroxidase-like activity. Fe-ISAs/CN could efficiently catalyze the oxidation of the peroxidase substrate 3,3′,5,5′-tetramethylbenzidine (TMB) in the presence of H2O2, producing a blue color. In terms of the excellent peroxidase-like activity, single iron atoms anchored on nitrogen-doped porous carbon playing a critical role. Besides, an inhibition effect on the oxidation of TMB catalyzed by Fe-ISAs/CN was induced by biothiols in the presence of H2O2. Taking these advantages together, a simple colorimetric method for rapid and sensitive detection of biothiols was established.

Objective: To systematically analyze the risk factors of free flap failure. Method: To retrieve the literature pertaining to the study of risk factors for the failure of free flap transplantation published prior to November 10, 2022, the following databases were searched: Pubmed, Web Of Science, Embase, Medline, CNKI, Wanfang, and CBM. The included and excluded criteria were applied to screen the literature that met the standards. The Newcastle-Ottawa Scale (NOS) was utilized to assess the quality of the included studies, and the RevMan 5.4 software was employed to conduct the meta-analysis of the included literature. Result: Among the 14 included studies, encompassing a total of 32,325 subjects, the following 16 risk factors were identifi ed as contributors to the failure of free flap transplantation: body mass index (BMI) (OR = 1.81, 95% CI [1.10, 2.98]), smoking history (OR = 1.58, 95% CI [1.02, 2.45]), diabetes (OR = 1.92, 95% CI [1.04, 3.56]), hypertension (OR = 1.41, 95% CI [1.01, 1.97]), ASA score (OR = 0.62, 95% CI [0.46, 0.84]), surgical duration (OR = 0.47, 95% CI [0.09, 0.86]), intraoperative blood loss (OR = 0.21, 95% CI [0.08, 0.54]), and artery-to-vein ratio (OR = 3.71, 95% CI [2.00, 6.89]). These factors significantly influence the likelihood of transplant failure in free flap transplantation patients. Con clusion: The general condition, medical history, and treatment of patients undergoing free flap transplantation can all potentially impact the occurrence of surgical failure. It is crucial in clinical practice to accurately identify individuals at high risk for free flap transplantation and promptly intervene to address relevant risk factors, thus enhancing the overall surgical outcomes.

This paper discusses the effect of STEM education in kindergarten on the development of children’s scienc e interest.Through a comprehensive analysis,the study found that STEM education significantly increased young children’s interest in science by stimulating curiosity,developing problem-solving skills,and emphasizing practical applications of science.The design of STEM curriculum and the selection of teaching materials play a key role,and the active participation of teachers is also a key element of the successful implementation of STEM education.Therefore,the implementation of STEM education in kindergartens not only contributes to children’s learning,but also lays a solid foundation for their future scientifi c learning and career development.

The present study aims to further analyze relationships of resilience to big-fi ve personality and coping among university students and got deeper understanding of this theme. Furthermore, right coping strategies were found to guide people’s behavior under adversity. 193 participants had completed the questionnaires including 14-Item Resilience Scale, The Big Five Inventory(BFI) and The Brief COPE. The study found that all variables except avoidance types of coping were positively correlated with resilience. All factors in Big-fi ve personality had relationship with coping. Furthermore, approach way of coping and extroversion of personality can predicted resilience. Some fi ndings were not conformed with previous research were discussed in the study.

College counselors play the roles of organizers and implementers in daily ideological and political education and management of students, as well as the main force and guide of ideological and political education for college students. This paper studies the development process and change trend of college counselors, and explores the enlightenment for college counselors in the new era through historical tracing, with a view to cultivating outstanding talents for the new journey of Chinese path to modernization.
