The appearance of sustainability challenges in the fields of agriculture and natural resources could be drived from the inadequate attention of higher education system in the development of sustainability education. One of the strategies in sustainability education is the integration of sustainability in teaching and learning strategies that can strengthen student's competencies for sustainability actions in the future. Therefore, this study has been conducted to analyze pedagogical needs of faculty members for sustainability education through the lenz of B.Sc. graduates who were studied at University College of Agricultural and Natural Resources, University of Tehran. This study limits the pedagogy to teaching and learning strategies. To conduct the study, 120 B.Sc. graduates in different disciplines, in four five-year intervals between 1971 and 2011 were selected using simple random sampling and Cochran Formula. The data were gathered from the questionnaire. Validity of questionnaire was obtained through the opinions of thematic experts and its reliability through Cronbach's alpha. After that, the data were analyzed using the descriptive and inferential statistics by SPSS v.20. The results indicated the mean of use level of faculty members from teaching and learning strategies for sustainability education was 4.34 from 10. So, in different intervals, this amount had no significant change. Among strategies, first to third priority is related to: Expressing the applications of disciplinary content in real situations, linking different issues, and providing learning opportunities using field visits. Also, the lowest usage is related to these strategies: use of the teaching team in a course, formation of learning groups to class discussions, and giving multidisciplinary exercises and projects to students. Therefore, the professional development of faculty members should be designed for reinforcing pedagogical skills.

The current educational crisis in different countries shows very different connotations of an economic, sociological, psychological and educational level that are having an impact on the teacher and their pedagogical relationship^[30]. Although in terms of research, both stress, Burnout and health of teachers are the most productive areas in Psychology, the causes, effects, prevalence and incidence, being such a situation more evident in our country, where research is limited. The aim of this work was to analyze the stress level of teachers and their relationship with Burnout and health, taking into account sex, age and years of service, in a sample of Spanish teachers. Results show a significant relationship between the stress level of teachers, Burnout and health status with a differential profile according to age, sex and years of service.

The purpose of this study is to explore traditional male initiates’ cultural health practices within initiation schools in the Limpopo Province in South Africa. Informants were six elders (70 -80 years old) who directed initiating services at the schools.

Data were collected by using unstructured group interviews and observations. Data were analyzed thematically. Findings indicated that the traditional male elders reported practices such as perceived positive aspects of initiation ceremonies including the Limpopo circumcision schools Acts, which stipulates that circumcision surgeons must be registered and tested before being certified to circumcise the initiates. Secondly, the Act further states that anyone who transgresses the law will face one-year jail sentence or R2 000 fine. Further-more the elders also reported the negative aspects such as: high initiation mortality caused by the lack of initiates’ competence, expertise, experience, skills and knowledge. Elders believe that local practitioners who have initiation experience to conduct initiation, have a better outcome compared to the ones who are from outside their catchment area, in as far as health promotion practices is concerned. Partnerships between the elderly initiation local men practitioners and external providers would thus result in less morbidity and mortality amongst the initiates.

Moment in Peking is one of the most famous English novel of Lin Tangy. It was written when Dr. Lin lived in Paris from August, 1938 to August, 1939. It is modeled on the structure of A Dream in Red Mansions, and dedicated “To the Brave Chinese Soldiers”. It tells the vicissitudes of life and the feelings of gratitude and resentment of the Zengs, the Yaos, the News, from the Boxer Rebellion (1901) to the Anti-Japanese War. It showed the historical style and features of the changes of modern Chinese society. The book shaped hundreds of figures, including more than 50 women images. The author expressed in a unique angle to express his respect and admiration to women. Every woman has a different story, and distinct personality traits. (Wang Zhibo, 2006:4) Their personality is distinct, high status, even beyond men in some ways. Compared with the previous writers, the author has a detailed understanding of women, and his work is more closed to the real life, so as to achieve a new world. At that time, this had made a great progress, although flawed, but in spite of his flaws.

The author represents his Taoist thought through the whole novel, in terms of characterization, plot and etc. Taoist thought is not only the theme of the full text, but also determines the basic structure of it. The author in the book conveys details of Taoist thought and, reflects the Taoist thought on three levels, namely the Taoist chronological life, easy detachment of the outlook on life and the method of gaining liberation, and spiritual freedom.

This study investigated the relationship between attitudes, motivation, and adult Chinese speakers’ English proficiency. It aims to find out what kinds of attitudes and motivation led to their success in English learning. A combination of quantitative and qualitative research designs was adopted. 39 adult Chinese speakers who had learned English in China and had already taken the IELTS test were randomly selected as subjects. A questionnaire and a semi-structured interview were adopted as the main instruments. The results indicate that it was people with positive attitudes toward British /learning English and possessed instrumental motivation achieved higher scores.
