Dear Colleagues,

Maintenance technologies and the interconnectivity of electrical systems within the new and future vehicle fleet are considered. The future vehicle fleet will focus on new systems, such as electric, hybrid and hydrogen-powered vehicles. Related issues are to be investigated, including the degradation of LIBs (lithium-ion battery systems), the safety of such systems, and the analysis of thermal leaks connected and interconnected with phenomena of the mechanical type (crash and impact), the electrical type (external and internal short circuits) and the thermal type (extreme external temperatures). With regard to vehicles powered by gaseous fuels, one would like to focus research on leak detection systems (gas sensors etc.), the misbehaviour of TPRD (Temperature Pressure Relief Device) systems.

We look forward to receiving your contributions.
