Safety quality education is an indispensable part of higher vocational education. Safety quality is also one of the necessary qualities of double-qualified teacher and an important part of the teacher quality structure. At present, the cultivation of higher vocational teachers in China mainly focuses on the professional qualities of teachers and ignores safety quality education，which will lead to some problems such as insufficient attention, weak pertinence, and poor integration. The traditional IP protocol in the past can not meet the requirements of "wide access, high-speed interconnection, safe transmission ", but the IPv4（Internet Protocol Version 4） protocol itself has security defects. Traditional Internet is based on IPv4 protocol, the protocol design at the beginning of more consideration of efficiency, security considerations are inadequate, such as IP deception, source routing attacks, network listening and other issues. Therefore IPv6（Internet Protocol Version 6） protocols emerge as the times require, and the application of Internet of things based on IPv6 is becoming more and more common, and then the problems of data transmission security, equipment control security and data exchange security are becoming more and more prominent.Compared with the IPv4, IPv6 did make great progress, mainly in: service quality, security, address capacity and mobility. Purpose: To explore the method and effect of introducing Sandwich Teaching in Orthodontics.Methods: From September 2018 to June 2019, 74 students from a medical school's oral teaching course were selected as subjects, and were randomly grouped into two groups with 37 students in each group. The control group applied the conventional teaching mode, and the observation group introduced the sandwich teaching method. Test scores for each group are recorded, as well as the satisfaction of the teaching model evaluated by students. Results: The observation group showed better results in noun interpretation and case analysis than the control group, P <0.05. The degrees of creative thinking, independent learning, learning interest, teamwork, student orientation of the observation group is 97.06%, 100.0%, 100.0%, 94.12%, 94.12% higher than the results of control group 79.41%, 88.24%, 85.29%, 74.46%, 70.59%, P <0.05. Conclusion: Introducing the Sandwich Teaching method in Orthodontics can improve the performance of students and the satisfaction of teaching. Therefore, it has a higher teaching value.

With the further development of the international exchange and communication of vocational education, more and more higher vocational colleges are recruiting international students.
