"Teacher" and "student" are the two most crucial subjects in the process of education, and the relationship between them can directly reflect the changes of the main contradictions in the process of education and teaching. The relationship between teachers and students not only affects the physical and mental health of students, but also determines the final quality and level of teaching. Due to the long-term influence of the concept of exam-oriented education, the traditional value of "teacher's dignity" and the low level of professional ethics of some teachers, the current teacher-student relationship still has problems including "teacher-centeredness", the lack of emotional communication between teachers and students, and the interest-oriented relationship between teachers and students. Therefore, it is urgent to build a new type of teacher-student relationship. This paper proposes a specific path to build a new type of teacher-student relationship from a philosophical perspective, taking the theory of intersubjectivity, materialistic dialectics and materialistic historical view as the theoretical support to address the problems in the current teacher-student relationship.

Intrinsic motivation is crucial to autonomous English learning. However, both teachers and college students have failed to recognize the importance of intrinsic motivation in the current educational mode. This thesis intends to explore the measures that strengthen intrinsic motivation to enhance the ability of college students’ autonomous English learning. From observational and comparative perspective, this thesis not only discusses the factors that influence intrinsic motivation but also minutely explores the ways which strengthen intrinsic motivation. It proves that arousing interest, stimulating curiosity, evaluating reasonably and praising appropriately, setting appropriate targets and creating environments are all of great help for strengthening intrinsic motivation.

Improving the quality of teachers is a common goal in countries around the world today. Australia, as one of the countries with a high degree of teacher education in the world, has invested more in guaranteeing the quality of rural teachers and has also achieved remarkable results. Its teacher quality assurance system is relatively complete, which has strong significance for the reform of rural teachers in China and the promotion of high-quality development of rural teachers. This paper examines the entry, induction and retraining of new teachers, and the withdrawal of teachers in Australia, according to the different stages of teacher development. The study examines the quality assurance system of teachers in Australian rural primary schools, analyses the advantages of the Australian system of high-quality teacher training, and draws the following inspirations in the light of China's actual situation: firstly, a strict teacher entry system to ensure a good entry barrier for teachers; secondly, a collaborative training system among the government, schools and teachers to promote the professional development of primary school teachers; and thirdly, a sound teacher withdrawal system to improve the teacher quality assurance system.

The reading efficiency of the whole book is low, and there are problems in "teaching and learning". However, micro-class with its strong flexibility, can make reading tasks online and offline complement each other. Memorize weakness can cause serious mistakes during an interpreting which can undermines self-esteem of interpreters and leave strong psychological implications to interpreters. In addition, memory deduction temporarily is not only happened to new interpreters who are not familiar with or show inadaptation in their new translation and interpreting career, but also professional interpreters with years of working experience. Based on this situation, this essay will mainly focus on discussing what problems memory would cause and two main reasons why they show during an interpreting progress. (The first reason is insufficient background knowledge of interpreters; the next one is vague expressions of clients are unpredictable; the last one is highly long sentences can lead to memory disorder.) Last but not least, methods of leaving this predicament will be discussed. To specifically illustrate the above-mentioned points, this essay is divided into two main parts: first, analysis of memory issues with solutions and author’s opinion at the end for each reason; second, a conclusion.

This review of High Variability Phonetic Training (HVPT) research begins with locating HVPT in its historical context and as a methodology for the phonetic learning of second language (L2) including perception and production of L2 sounds which is an essential part of second language acquisition (SLA). This research focuses on parenting styles, self-esteem and interpersonal skills. Firstly, through the review of previous literature, the relevant concepts of family parenting style and self-esteem are described, and the theoretical significance of family parenting style and self-esteem is understood. Secondly, the analysis of the relationship between family parenting style, self-esteem and interpersonal skills shows that family parenting style is related to interpersonal skills, and democratic family parenting methods can promote the development of interpersonal skills. Family parenting style is related to self-esteem, and democratic family parenting style has a positive effect on the cultivation of self-esteem ability. Self-esteem is correlated with interpersonal skills, people with high self-esteem perform better in interpersonal skills, and self-esteem plays a part-mediating role between family parenting style and interpersonal skills.
