The higher vocational education stage is a gradually maturing stage in the student education system, and the level of comprehensive literacy of students at this stage will directly or indirectly affect their development after entering society.With the implementation of the new curriculum reform in education, the cultivation of students’ English proficiency in higher vocational education has attracted more and more attention from the public. Attaching importance to English teaching is not just about improving classroom teaching effectiveness, but also about increasing the intensity of training students’ English thinking.Therefore, it is very important to conduct practical exploration of students’ English learning abilities under the combination of flipped classroom and MOOC, which is also a popular viewpoint in current education. This has a great effect on the optimization of the English education structure and the cultivation of their comprehensive qualities of students in vocational colleges. Based on this, this article first introduces the importance of MOOC and flipped classroom in English teaching in higher vocational colleges, introduces how to use this teaching method to improve the level of English knowledge cultivation of students in higher vocational colleges, and introduces specific use strategies.

This project investigates and analyzes the attention and function design of the intelligent goggles market by consulting reference documents and other ways, and classifies the characteristics of the outdoor goggles market user groups, as well as the user experience and existing problems when using the product. It is found that the existing intelligent goggles have incomplete functions, poor user experience and no connection with mobile apps. On this basis, we have improved and redesigned the traditional intelligent goggles.

In order to ensure the sustainable and long-term development of enterprises in the future and give full play to the real value of prediction data, LSTM neural network is introduced to build a prediction model to predict the development level of enterprise innovation and entrepreneurship. To somewhere innovation entrepreneurship development trend forecast, for example, the application of LSTM model contrast traditional regression analysis and BP neural network model, found that LSTM neural network prediction effect is good, the basis of local innovation entrepreneurship development investment is good, and has a strong technical output level, innovation entrepreneurship development efficiency is signifi cant, can make up for innovation development of human resources investment, as the future innovative entrepreneurial development goals and the important reference of security policy.

The learning communication platform is a cloud service platform that utilizes intelligent network devices to conduct interactive teaching inside and outside the classroom. In daily life, people will come into contact with various people. When communicating with diff erent people, they will fi nd that there are diff erences between individuals, and the feelings that each person exudes around them are diff erent from each other. “I think you have temperament,” we often hear in our lives. This is clearly a commendatory statement, but the word“temperament” here is not a true understanding of temperament in a strict sense. Accurately speaking, temperament actually refers to a relatively stable psychological characteristic possessed by diff erent individuals. The important manifestation of diff erences between individuals is the diff erence in temperament types. Therefore, understanding the diff erent types of temperament,recognizing their diff erences, and applying them to education and teaching, so as to provide targeted education to students, explore the positive factors in diff erent students’ temperament, and improve their overall comprehensive quality.

Quality education is the basic guarantee for training high-quality talents. However, the situation in various regions of China is complex, and it is difficult to eff ectively ensure fair reunification.This paper will analyze the problems and solutions of equitable distribution of education resources from a micro perspective, taking the distribution of educational resources in Wei-fang City as the research object. This paper uses the case analysis method to select the fairness of Weifang education resources as the analysis object. The research method is a combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis, using literature, field survey,questionnaire, interview, mathematical statistics, comparative analysis and other research methods. Through the research on the three dimensions of school distribution, teacher distribution and fund investment in Weifang, it is concluded that there are three problems in Weifang‘s education: low proportion of financial distribution, large gap between urban and rural areas, and uneven allocation of teacher resources. Further research found that it was due to fi nancial allocation, resource layout, talent introduction,service mode and other reasons. In view of the above problems, this paper proposes four ways to solve the fairness problem of Weifang’s education: improving the financial input mechanism, coordinating the allocation of resources, optimizing the proportion of teachers and changing the public service functions. Based on the perspective of the distribution of educational resources in Wei-fang City, this paper conducts a multi-dimensional analysis, finds out the shortcomings of the local government in implementing quality education, and gives scientific suggestions.

Poverty alleviation through education is an important task to comprehensively achieve the task of overcoming poverty.Colleges and universities, as the main places for training talents and scientific research in China, are crucial to the growth of poor college students. It is an important measure for the healthy growth of college students and the embodiment of social education equity. Student aid in China is mainly conducted through the China Student Aid Management Center, which is responsible for the research and implementation of student aid policies in China, promoting the implementation of student aid policies for higher education, secondary vocational education, general high school education, compulsory education and preschool education, and guiding, supervising and inspecting local and school student aid work. This paper mainly compares the data of student aid in China in the past five years through the data of Chinese student aid in the past five years, other literature data, interviews with college students, and field research. Teachers’ self-teaching efficacy will directly aff ect their teaching design, teaching strategy selection and teaching implementation, which is one of the core variables affecting teaching quality. In this study, college English teachers from local undergraduate universities were selected as the research objects, and relevant data were collected by questionnaire research method.SPSS25.0 software was used for statistical analysis of the data, which presented the current situation and influencing factors of college English teachers’ self-teaching effi cacy. On the basis of data analysis, it is suggested to strengthen targeted teacher training,enhance teachers’ awareness of scientific research, improve students’ comprehensive quality and establish an effective incentive mechanism.

Globalization and the rapid development of network technology have enabled film and television works to contribute significantly to cultural exchange between nations. In contemporary China, American dramas have become a vital form of under-standing Western culture and are generally welcomed by the general audience. Subtitles play a crucial role in American drama dissemination. Culture-loaded words contain cultural information and color and combine conceptual and associative meanings. In recent years, domestic scholars have paid more attention to caption translation. However, there are few studies on the influence of internet memes on the translation of culture-loaded words in subtitles. Therefore, this paper investigates the influence of internet memes on caption translation. Taking the captions of a large number of American dramas as an example, this paper discusses the impact of internet memes on the translation of loaded words. It takes into account the characteristics of movie subtitle translation to find an appropriate translation method for culturally loaded words.

Deep learning has been successfully applied to single image super-resolution problems due to its high data fitting ability. However, the increasing depth and complexity of the network has brought about the disappearance of information, data volume and computational redundancy, and is not suitable for small devices. To solve these problems, we propose a new lightweight network model based on interleaved group convolution for single image super-resolution reconstruction. The core idea of this algorithm is to broaden the network structure by means of group convolution, enhance the sparsity of the convolution kernel, and achieve the purpose of reducing the amount of calculation and the amount of parameters. After a lot of experimental evaluation,we prove that our al- gorithm can achieve better results with a smaller number of parameters.

Verb-result complement refers to grammatical phenomenon of Chinese verb plus the results, which is often appear in the spoken language and regulations. Moreover, verb-result complement is also one of the important grammatical points in the elementary to intermediate stage of teaching Chinese as a foreign language. In this paper, literature review, corpus analysis and data statistics are used to make a brief review of the current research on the verb-result complement in the academic circle,including the research on the modern Chinese verb-result complement grammar, as well as the study on the acquisition error of verb-result complement in teaching Chinese as a foreign language. In addition, through the statistical analysis of the errors by international students in HSK dynamic composition corpus and relevant books, and the errors in teaching practice, the errors of Chinese verb-result complement by international students are summarized, which can be mainly divided into three categories:incomplete components, redundant components, and improper word order.

Interpreters’ level of preparation plays a crucial role in the success of interpreting tasks. With high response speed, self-consistent logical system, and relatively accurate information provision ability, applying ChatGPT to pre-translation preparation signifi cantly reduces interpreters’ difficulty and enhances efficiency from both linguistic and professional aspects. This study systematically explores the impact of macroprudential policy (MPP) and the Two-Pillar regulatory framework (TPRF) on commercial banks’ risk-taking, using a fixed-effects model for the period 2010-2020. The study finds MPP can not only decrease the level of risk-taking of commercial banks, but also contain the risks caused by loose monetary policy (MNP), and that TPRF can eff ectively play a role in financial stability. Specifically, the MPP and TPRF can reduce risks through the mechanism of shadow banking.

Deep learning has been successfully applied to single im- age super-resolution problems due to its high data fi tting abil-ity. However, the increasing depth and complexity of the network has brought about the disappearance of information, data volume and computational redundancy, and is not suit- able for small devices. To solve these problems, we propose a new lightweight network model based on interleaved group convolution for single image super-resolution reconstruction. The core idea of this algorithm is to broaden the network structure by means of group convolution, enhance the sparsity of the convolution kernel, and achieve the purpose of reduc- ing the amount of calculation and the amount of parameters. After a lot of experimental evaluation,we prove that our al- gorithm can achieve better results with a smaller number of parameters.

With the continuous development and progress of society and the continuous reform and innovation of the education system, people gradually realize the importance of learning English knowledge. In addition, under the background of the compre-hensive promotion of economic globalization, the domestic and foreign markets have raised the requirements for English transla-tion talents, and colleges and universities, as one of the main positions to cultivate students’ response ability, shoulder a very heavy task. According to the relevant survey, it can be found that English teaching in colleges and universities in China mainly focuses on British and American culture and English language knowledge, and rarely involves Chinese traditional culture, which leads to serious cultural aphasia among college students. If this teaching situation cannot be improved in time, it will inevitably inhibit the comprehensive development of contemporary college students. In view of this, college English teachers need to innovate teach-ing methods, optimize teaching content, and take eff ective measures to improve college students’ traditional cultural literacy and traditional cultural translation ability.
