In order to make up for the weakness of summative evaluation, which cannot truly reflect the progress and existing problems in students’ learning process, in the basic education stage, this paper applies formative evaluation to junior middle school English teaching. In this study, the students of class 5, grade 2 in Zhangjiagang No.2 Middle School were selected as the research subjects, and formative evaluation was conducted in the experimental class for 10 weeks by using the methods of questionnaires and interview. After the experiment, SPSS software was used to compare and analyze the data of questionnaire for students before and after the experiment from two dimensions: learning interest and attitude, and self-reflection ability. In order to explore the resistance in the process of implementation, the English teachers in the experimental class were interviewed after the experiment. The results showed that students had a high degree of acceptance and recognition of formative evaluation and there was resistance in teachers’ long-term use of formative assessment. In view of the difficulties encountered in the implementation of formative assessment, this study put forward some suggestions for the effective implementation of formative assessment.

Emergency language service is an organic part of national emergency management and an important support for emergency rescue. Based on Halliday’s systemic functional linguistics, the study adopts multimodal discourse analysis, takes the analysis of university epidemic prevention discourse as an example, and proposes reflections and suggestions on language strategies for the optimal selection of epidemic prevention discourse, to enhance the humanistic care in epidemic prevention and control, and to complement the construction of emergency language services and enhance the ability to better face public emergencies.

This paper presents a comparative study of Yasunari Kawabata’s Snow Country and Wei Xiuren’s Traces of the Flowering Moon, and finds that the two novels have striking similarities in their overall character structure, while the differences between them are reflected in their diff erent tragic roots, aesthetic tendencies and content focus. In terms of ideological connotation, the root of the tragedy of “Traces of the Flowering Moon” is more about “seeking but not getting”; the root of the tragedy of “Snow Country” is more about nihilistic spirit. In terms of aesthetic tendency, “Flower Moon Scars” contains more poetic aesthetics and the beauty of secular people, and presents the overall characteristic of “happy and joyful”; “Snow Country” inherits the traditional Japanese aesthetics of material sorrow, and presents the overall characteristic of “happy and quiet, happy and sorrowful”. In terms of content focus, “Traces of the Flower and Moon” focuses on the description of human interaction; “Snow Country” focuses on the depiction of delicate psychological perception. To a certain extent, this reflects the correlation and difference between Chinese and Japanese cultures, and can give some inspiration to the mutual learning of novel creation between China and Japan.

And found some entrepreneurs still have problems in leadership style, emotion control, resource allocation and strategy design at present. In recent years many efforts have been made to figure out the underlying photophysical mechanisms operated in the perovskite-based devices. Observing and understanding these defects through experimental characterization methods is a necessary step to obtain high-performance perovskite. The psychology of language learning, as a classic issue that reveals the laws of language learning and manifests the underlying logic of language learning, owns a very important position in language acquisition and teaching. The current research on the language learning view is mainly focused on the analysis of English textbooks. However, there is little research involved in the analysis of the language learning view of the widely used high school English textbooks published by the People’s Education Press. In order to deepen the understanding of language learning perspectives, maximize the practical value of PEP high school English textbooks, and improve the English learning eff ects of high school students, this research took the language learning theories as the research topic and “Unit 1, Teenage Life” of Book 1 as a case study of explore the manifestation of the language learning view of the high school English textbook (2019) of the People’s Education Press (PEP). Specifi cally, this research attempts to answer the following two research questions: 1. Which language learning views do PEP senior high school English textbooks (2019) reveal, taking “Unit 1, Teenage Life” of compulsory book 1 as a study case? And to what extent are the language learning views revealed? 2. How are the language learning views revealed through the exercises?
In order to answer the above questions, this research adopts a simple qualitative research method. Through careful observation and in-depth analysis of all language knowledge related exercises in this unit, the research results are obtained. The four main language learning views were all revealed in the exercises correspondent to language knowledge acquisition; of the four language learning theories, the cognitive theory was the most adopted one whereas the behaviorism was the least. This study provides some empirical support for the study of language learning theories refl ected in English textbooks, and bestows important implications for teaching and research of English language in China.

Objective: To study the curriculum system characteristics of the five-year undergraduate clinical medicine in 12 of the pilot universities of “the Excellent Doctor Education and Training Plan”. Methods: Content analysis is conducted to analyze the curriculum systems (five-year) of clinical medicine specialty, from 12 institutions that undertake the reform project of five-year clinical medicine talent training project. Results: The curriculum structures tend to be rigid; The distribution of credit proportion is usually unreasonable; The course opening times are staged; Courses for professions mainly cover disease-related courses. Conclusion: It is suggested to break the traditional structure and build a modular curriculum system; Set the primary role of humanistic education in medical study; Improve students’ learning efficiency by integrating and optimizing the courses for professions; Make dual focuses for both compulsory and optional courses and construct the Medical+X curriculum system.

In order to adapt to the social needs and keep up with the tideway of new curriculum reform, Linfen no.3 school bring forward the teaching model on the basis of online learning and field research，“3+1”teaching model is an efficient classroom teaching model. It contents four aspects : study independently before class，group communication and cooperation,teachers’ guidance in class , characteristics of teachers and students.The actual teaching effect of this teaching mode is studied by the teachers and students of Linfen No.3 Middle School and Linfen No.8 Middle school.The results show that the “3+1” teaching mode is more suitable for high school physics teaching. With the development trend of world economic integration, China has put forward “Belt and Road” strategy. Education is an activity of a moral and value-based nature. This paper uses moral education as the content of CBI teaching in high school English, and develops students’ good moral character based on CBI language teaching. In this study, a total of 96 participants, 50 boys and 46 girls, from two classes in the senior class of Yan’an were selected for the study. Questionnaires were given to the participants to investigate how eff ective the current implementation of moral education based on the CBI teaching concept is in high school English teaching and how to conduct moral education in high school English based on the CBI teaching concept.After collecting the questionnaires and analyse the data, it was concluded that the current moral education based on the CBI in high school English teaching has the problems of less frequent use, teachers’ awareness of moral education and shortage of moral factors in textbooks. This paper finally explores how the CBI-based English moral education can achieve the three-dimensional goals of students’ mastery of subject content, language skills and moral character through teacher role building, curriculum content restructuring and enriching teaching activities.

A corpus provides the most accurate and understandable results when comparing synonyms. English learners struggle with synonyms. Based on word frequencies, collocation, and semantic rhyme, a corpus can defi ne synonyms. Using COCA corpus data, this study compares decide with determine. This study off ers a new viewpoint on synonyms and references for vocabulary and second language development. This study uses word frequency, collocation, and semantic rhyme distributions to distinguish these two terms that are commonly used interchangeably. Data suggests that verb collocation and register distinguish the two synonyms. The research is one of numerous that shows how corpora may help diff erentiate synonyms. Comparing data and utilizing frequency as a statistic helps clarify the synonyms’ subtle diff erences. COCA is the world’s largest free online balanced English corpus. It helps linguists and language learners compare words, phrases, and sentence patterns and understand their frequency. The COCA corpus of Contemporary American English gathers data from spoken language, literature, newspapers, academic study, and other sources of reliable information. This article examines synonyms from three perspectives: domain, collocation, and meaning.

The painting form of traditional Chinese landscape painting mostly refers to the “Three Distances” composition proposed by Guo Xi, a painter of the Song Dynasty, in “Lin Quan Gao Zhi”, while the mainstream painting form of contemporary Chinese landscape painting has innovated the painting form of traditional landscape painting, absorbing and referring to the techniques and ideas of Western painting in the way of “removing its dross and taking its essence”, thus getting rid of the limitations of the traditional “Three Distances” schema. Marx believed that technological alienation will bring about human alienation and educational alienation, and technology does not necessarily develop in the direction of goodness. From invention to maturity, technology requires a critical process. Artifi cial intelligence has triggered a chain reaction in various fi elds of society, including education. A corpus provides the most accurate and understandable results when comparing synonyms. English learners struggle with synonyms. Based on word frequencies, collocation, and semantic rhyme, a corpus can defi ne synonyms. Using COCA corpus data, this study compares decide with determine. This study offers a new viewpoint on synonyms and references for vocabulary and second language development. This study uses word frequency, collocation, and semantic rhyme distributions to distinguish these two terms that are commonly used interchangeably. Data suggests that verb collocation and register distinguish the two synonyms. The research is one of numerous that shows how corpora may help diff erentiate synonyms. Comparing data and utilizing frequency as a statistic helps clarify the synonyms’ subtle differences. COCA is the world’s largest free online balanced English corpus. It helps linguists and language learners compare words, phrases, and sentence patterns and understand their frequency. The COCA corpus of Contemporary American English gathers data from spoken language, literature, newspapers, academic study, and other sources of reliable information. This article examines synonyms from three perspectives: domain, collocation, and meaning.
