With the development of information technology, the online education model represented by “MOOCs + fl ipped classroom” is gradually emerging. The application of “MOOC + fl ipped classroom” mode in gymnastics teaching in colleges and universities plays an important role in improving teaching effi ciency and improving students’ independent learning ability. This paper analyzes the concept of MOOC teaching mode and fl ipped classroom mode, applies it to college gymnastics teaching, explores the implementation strategy of “MOOCs + fl ipped classroom” mode in college gymnastics teaching, and explores it in practice. Moral education and English language teaching in China have deserved extensive attention. Therefore, this essay tries to have a glimpse of moral education in the senior school English textbooks by conducting a discourse analysis with the addition of carrying out a questionnaire to investigate people’s attitudes toward moral education in English language teaching. The results show that the majority of respondents agree with combining moral values with language teaching despite the concerns and uncertainty of the small minority. The discourse analysis suggests that moral issues such as devotion and sacrifi ce are highlighted in textbooks.

The names of many cultural sites from the Three Kingdoms period along the Jianmen Shu Road are imbued with humanistic, historical, and other cultural factors. Translators of these site names should fully consider their characteristics and functions to accurately translate the cultural factors and convey the historical and cultural signifi cance of the sites. Due to the cultural diff erences between Chinese and English, translators need to understand the historical and cultural connotations of the original Chinese names, while also considering the semantic, pragmatic, and cultural understanding of English-speaking readers. Currently, multiple names exist for the same site due to diff erent translator choices. To resolve this issue, the government and management of scenic spots should designate offi cial names.

The years since the publication have seen various theories applied to the interpretation of Buck, such as ecocriticism, environmental ethics, Jung’s theory of myth and archetype, atavism and so forth. This paper will deal with the spirit of constant self-surpassing and the will to power in terms of Buck’s change and growth as a lead-dog, which is in correspondence with the essence of Friedrich Nietzsche’s theory of the Superman. In recent days, the issue of solitude and isolation has emerged as a signifi cant social issue in the Japanese society. On its background, it is attributable to the fact that it has become liberalized society with the change of bonding for people. The issues in contemporary society is analyzed as the decline of enlargement of aff ection space and friendship space, along with the expansion of the currency space[1].In general, the survey on the social relationship measures the relativity of people by the means of name generator. It is the question of “do you have someone to consult on important word or agony? In the use, the close friend that may talk about one’s agony has declined from an average of three to two for 20 years from 1985 to 2004 and the reply of having none has increased from 8% to 23%. In other word, there is every one person out of four persons has no close friend in the US [2]. In the meantime, Japan has the rate of maintaining the close relationship for 21 persons or more for 5 years throughout 10 years declining from 15% to 8% since 2005 and the rate of having no close bonding with anyone increasing from 4% to 7%. In addition, according to the white book on high-aged people of Japan in 2021, the ratio of having no close friend other than family members of 60 years old or older is 31.3%, almost one for every 3 persons. The revision of the Civil Procedure Law and the enactment of the new Environmental Protection Law have laid the foundation for the development of China's environmental public interest litigation system, which has become an essential part of China's legal system. However, due to the short history of China's environmental public interest litigation system, the lack of systematic legislation and system design and interface mechanisms, the lagging development of relevant procedural rules and judicial practice, all of which are very diff erent from each other, have placed high demands on the construction of China's environmental public interest litigation mechanism. Therefore, this paper proposes to set up pre-trial procedures for environmental public interest litigation and improve the collaboration mechanism for public interest litigation cases, so as to protect the ecological environment and promote the construction of beautiful China.

With the high attention given to the development of rural preschool education in China, a large number of studies have pointed out that the phenomenon of rural preschool teachers being unable to stay is worrying. This study selected a purposive sampling method and used a semi-structured interview method to conduct a case analysis of two preschool teachers in a rural X kindergarten in Hubei Province: Teacher A, who is willing to continue teaching in the kindergarten after an internship, and Teacher B, who has served for 3 years and still has a strong desire to stay. Based on Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory, this study mainly explored the reasons for the two rural preschool teachers’ retention from the fi ve dimensions of their physiological needs, security needs, emotional needs, respect needs and self realization needs. Based on the research results, countermeasures and suggestions were proposed to enhance the willingness of rural preschool teachers to stay on duty, in order to provide reference for improving the professional attractiveness of rural preschool teachers, stabilizing the rural preschool teacher team, and promoting the revitalization of rural education.
