Bloom’s taxonomy of educational goals indicates that education is hierarchical and can progress from lower to higher levels. Since 2005, Chengdu Jincheng College has taken the lead in promoting labor education, and has basically perfected the primary and

Classroom questioning is an important part of physics classroom teaching in junior middle school. It is not only a common method of classroom interaction between teachers and students, but also an evaluation way for teachers to effectively test students' mastery of knowledge. According to the popularization of higher education in China, a large number of young new teachers are working in colleges and universities. However, due to the lack of teaching practice experience, most of the young teachers cannot meet the diversified
demands of the rapid development of education. How to scientifically and effectively help young new teachers improve their teaching
ability and devote themselves to teaching practice has become an important issue at present. This study takes the young social work
teachers of Sanya University as the research object for intervention. During the intervention, teachers received training and intervention
based on Molenaar model, including knowledge structure, teaching methods, classroom management and assessment strategies. The
results of data analysis show that using this model to intervene teachers can significantly improve their teaching ability. After intervention, students' classroom participation and academic performance were significantly improved, and students' satisfaction with teachers' teaching methods and classroom management was significantly increased. At the same time, the teachers' self-assessment showed that
their teaching ability had been improved significantly after the intervention. These results indicate that using W. M. Molenaar's teaching
ability structure model to intervene social work teachers can effectively improve their teaching ability.

Figure-ground theory originated in psychology and subsequently developed into an important theory of cognitive linguistics, playing an important role in the study of English version of poetry. Based on the figure-ground theory, this paper makes a comparative
analysis of the two English versions of Qinyuan Spring·Changsha which is separately translated by Xu Yuanchong and Willis Barnstone, and then concludes the similarities and differences in the choices of figure and ground and try exploring the difference in thinking patterns between Chinese and Western translators. By comparison, we can conclude than Xu’s version is more faithful to the expression of the original poem.

In modern times, movie posters, as a form of visual art, are essential in human communication. Employing images, texts, colors, and other symbols, meanings are realized to convey information about the movies and gain publicity. Taking Kress and van Leeuwen's visual grammar theory as the theoretical framework, this paper analyses the posters of horror movie King Kong from three dimensions: representational, interactive and compositional meanings. A movie poster is more than just a visual stimulation with aesthetic values to
intrigue the audience. When examined from a sociological perspective, it also creates a public discourse sphere in which women are gazed
upon, and the balance of power is constantly dynamic.

The relationship between academic performance and happiness is complex and has received significant attention in the
