Virtual reality technology (VR), as an important representative of the development of modern information technology, has had preliminary practice in ideological and political education in some universities, forming a virtual situational experiential teaching model, effectively enhancing the attractiveness, infectivity, and persuasiveness of ideological and political education in universities. This study is guided by the Community of Inquiry (COI) model to explore a task-driven blended learning mode supported by a ticket platform. The teaching is constructed and implemented with the students as the main body, fully utilizing the leading role of teachers as classroom organizers, guides, and constructors of meaning to help students. The research objects are two classes of software majors in Inner Mongolia Vocational College of Mechanical and Electrical Technology in 2021. Using a quasi-experimental research method, the study found signifi cant differences between the experimental group and the control group, confi rming that the task-driven blended learning mode based on the ticket platform has signifi cant effects on improving student cognitive existence, teaching existence, and social existence, promoting the innovation and improvement of teaching modes in higher vocational education.

In order to understand the professional adaptability of higher vocational students, this paper took the students in a higher vocational college in Guangdong Province as the research object, distributed relevant questionnaires, analyzed the correlation between professional adaptability and professional basic course scores. The results show that different types of students have great differences in professional adaptability and academic performance. The better the students’ professional adaptability, the higher the score of memorization; The stronger the professional learning behavior, the higher the comprehension questions score. This study aims to explore how to strengthen the attractiveness, sustainable development and cultural inheritance of traditional villages through landscape design in the context of rural tourism. By the methods of literature review and case analysis, this study deeply studied the methods and practices of traditional village landscape design by collecting and analyzing relevant literature and cases of actual rural scenic spots. The results of this study show that landscape design plays a key role in inheriting cultural heritage, providing attraction and promoting sustainable development in rural tourism. The conclusions of the study show that a comprehensive consideration of the natural and cultural characteristics of the village, combined with best practices, can achieve sustainable development of the village, provide a rich and colorful experience for visitors, while preserving and inheriting the unique culture of the village.

Peer evaluation of university teaching aims to improve the quality of teaching, promote teaching innovation, and stimulate professional development of teachers through mutual evaluation and feedback among teachers. However, there are issues with inaccurate evaluation results, inconsistent formulation of evaluation standards, and insufficient feedback and application of evaluation results in peer evaluation of university teaching, which are not conducive to improving the effectiveness of peer evaluation of university teachers’ teaching. Therefore, this article studies the current situation and infl uencing factors of peer evaluation in higher education, and proposes suggestions to establish unifi ed evaluation standards and indicator systems, strengthen feedback and application of evaluation results, and provide training and guidance for teachers, in order to provide useful reference for the better play of teaching peer evaluation in universities.

The application of flipped classroom model in children’s guzheng teaching is an innovative teaching method, which can improve students’ active learning ability and learning effect. Through case study and empirical research, this paper explores the rationality of the flipped classroom model in children’s guzheng teaching, the design and organization of teaching activities as well as students’ feedback and evaluation of this model. The results of the study show that the flipped classroom model can stimulate students’ interest in learning and improve their cooperative and problem-solving abilities. However, the model also has the limitations of increased learning burden, distinct independent learning ability of students and the need for parental support. Therefore, the adoption of the flipped classroom model in children’s guzheng teaching needs to balance the advantages and limitations and provide corresponding appropriate guidance and support.

In the process of calculating the value of network technology information intelligence,on the one hand,a calculation method of network technology information and intelligence value based on deep learning is proposed in view of the diversity,dynamic and unstructured characteristics of network technology information and intelligence data.On the other hand,a calculation method of network science and technology information value based on TF-IDF is proposed in view of the problems of“sparse intelligence data”and“limited data dimension”in the processing of network science and technology information data.Through comparative analysis of experiments,it can be seen that the performance of the proposed method on different data sets is superior to the traditional characteristic value calculation method,and it can effectively dig out the hidden potential value information in the data of network science and technology information intelligence.

This article uses the literature method, questionnaire survey method, mathematical statistics method and logical analysis method to investigate and study the current situation of youth basketball training institutions in Zhaoqing City.The research conclusion is that: students have a high degree of love for basketball projects, and most students have a high degree of love for basketball projects every week.Participated in two basketball training sessions, with each session lasting between 60 and 90 minutes.Most students prefer a training model that focuses on ball training and is supplemented by technical and tactical exercises.However, most of the coaches in basketball training institutions are part-time, their recruitment and promotion methods are relatively traditional, and there is a lack of participation in large-scale basketball games in the teaching practice of basketball training institutions.These problems have restricted the development of basketball training institutions.Through the conclusion, the following suggestions are drawn: Basketball training institutions should strengthen the construction of coaching teams, strengthen brand management and promotion, and at the same time strengthen teaching content and service quality, so as to ensure the sustainable development of basketball training institutions.

Federated learning (FL) is a distributed machine learning method that protects the privacy of local data, and thus is used in scenarios like medical applications. However, FL algorithms are known to demonstrate deteriorated performance when the local data of each client is not independently and identically distributed (Non- IID). In this work, we explore the possibility of guiding the aggregation process in FL using low-rank based layer-wise metrics, and propose an aggregation framework that allows the use of any layer-wise metric to guide the aggregation process. specifically, a layer-wise metric is used as the weight for the weighted averaging process in the aggregation, and the metric is optionally smoothed by exponential averaging.
In this work, we propose two low-rank layer-wise metrics. However, experiments do not show signifi cant improvement of the proposed methods over the baseline method (FedAvg), thus this paper mainly serves as a record of our exploration and the experimental results.

As a treasure of China’s art and culture,Dunhuang mural contains profound aesthetic value and cultural connotation,and is the key content in the study of Chinese traditional culture and art.With the continuous improvement of people’s interest in traditional culture and art,the recognition of its value is gradually strengthened,and the further analysis of traditional art content from the perspective of ecological aesthetics.Based on this,this paper mainly analyzes the ecological artistic conception in Dunhuang mural art,and fully excavates the ecological aesthetic value of Dunhuang mural art,and finally realizes the inheritance and protection of Chinese traditional culture and art.
