The Socialist Rule of Law Thought with Chinese Characteristics in the New Era is the comprehensive guiding principle for governing the country according to law, representing the latest theoretical achievement in the sinicization of Marxist legal studies. Encompassing various fields such as the national legal system, legal framework, legislation, and law enforcement, the Socialist Rule of Law Thought in the New Era is a strategically significant and theoretically rich ideological framework. The construction of the open education in law should be guided by the Socialist Rule of Law Thought with Chinese Characteristics in the New Era, comprehensively implementing its principles in talent cultivation objectives, legal curriculum development, teaching models, and other aspects. This article first elaborates on the main content of the Socialist Rule of Law Thought with Chinese Characteristics in the New Era, as well as its background and practical significance. Secondly, it analyzes the significance of the Socialist Rule of Law Thought in the New Era for the construction of the open education in law. Furthermore, it examines the current application status of the Socialist Rule of Law Thought in the New Era in the development of open education in law. With the support of educational institutions and the teacher community, the construction of law majors has made significant achievements but still faces challenges. Finally, sustainable development strategies for the open education in law are proposed, including the establishment of sustainable development goals, efficient construction of legal courses, enhancement of faculty development, and improvement of infrastructure.

This study aims to explore the technical innovation and improvement of secondary release procedures to improve the accuracy, efficiency and safety of aircraft release. As one of the most widely used mental training methods in current sports practice, this paper will study the application of imagery training in college basketball teaching. Based on sports psychology and college basketball teaching and training, the control group was the traditional training mode, and the experimental group was the representation training mode. With the process of urbanization and the rapid development of China’s railways, the safety of passengers on the platform has received widespread attention. The purpose of this paper is to study the “suction” or “thrust” caused by trains and subways when passing through the platform through mathematical modeling, and to further analyze the basis for the setting of safety markings, so as to put forward suggestions to ensure the safety of railway platforms. Study room has an important learning function in colleges and universities, and the design of its spatial environment and the application of cultural elements have an important impact on students’ learning effect and learning experience. This study aims to explore the application of Ningxia cultural characteristics in the study room renovation of Northern Nationalities University, analyze its application value and the dilemmas it faces, and put forward corresponding application strategies. It is found that the application of Ningxia cultural features in study room remodeling can enhance students’ independent learning atmosphere, carry forward the traditional culture of Ningxia, promote cross-cultural exchanges and understanding, and enrich the construction of campus national culture. Meanwhile, space constraints and design challenges, remodeling budget and resource constraints, students’ cultural identity issues, and the challenge of balancing culture and function are the dilemmas faced in the application. To cope with these dilemmas, strategies are proposed in terms of rational planning of space, integration of Ningxia cultural elements, innovative design, strengthening of education and publicity, and combining modern technology to create a functional self-study environment.

However, there are still some problems, such as the single evaluation subject and the one-sided evaluation content, which hinder the construction of the comprehensive quality evaluation system of students in higher vocational colleges. Holding a pessimistic attitude towards modernity and rationality, Max Weber believes that instrumental rationality gradually replaces value rationality as modernization accelerates. It means that people have gradually become a part of rational calculation, thus losing the value of human existence. The key to instrumental rationality lies in calculation, manifested as the process of mathematizing nature through geometric technologization or algebra, highlighting the process of achieving singular output while forgetting its original richness. However, undeniably, value orientation refl ected by instrumental rationality is also one of the multiple values, and value rationality also has drawbacks. Nowadays, the fundamental reason for deep-seated social confl icts and divisions is not the neglect of value rationality, but the excessive emphasis on it. In response to this crisis, Habermas proposed the theory of “communicative rationality”, believing that the root of the crisis lies in “subjectivity” in traditional rationality, and hoping to use “intersubjectivity” emphasized by communicative rationality to achieve social consensus.

This study explores the diffi culties and breakthrough paths faced by college students in employment under the background of the Internet. Firstly, the Internet has provided more employment opportunities for college students and improved their employment fl exibility, but it has also brought challenges such as false recruitment information and online bullying. A survey shows that about 60% of college students have suff ered losses due to the inability to distinguish the authenticity of online information. To address these issues, it is recommended that college students improve their ability to discern information and pay attention to authoritative sources of information. Universities should also strengthen education on network literacy, enhance the awareness of network ethics, laws, and security among college students. In addition, college students should improve their professional skills and qualities to meet market demands. Adjusting employment attitudes and concepts is also crucial, establishing a correct awareness of career planning and rationally addressing the issue of employment diffi culties.

At present, environmental art and design education is facing a historic transformation, in which the strategy of “five education simultaneously” has brought new challenges and opportunities to the education fi eld. Using the theory of interaction design, explore the activity form of residents in the living commercial historical street space.
