with the rapid development of Internet and big data technology and so on, the logistics industry has also increased its development efforts to the leapfrog development of intelligent logistics. At the same time, the intellectual property rights have been paid more attention to, and the innovation of intelligent logistics technology has been improved, which makes the factory building and the logistics industry which used to be in the leading position of the enterprise The focus of tangible assets such as equipment has now shifted to intangible assets of intellectual property patents. Through literature analysis and patent analysis, this paper further explores the development status of logistics enterprise patent under the background of intelligent logistics, and puts forward corresponding solutions.

With the development of Internet and e-commerce, "new retail" is emerging quietly. Although the new retail model has driven the transformation and upgrading of traditional retail and e-commerce retail, there are also some problems in the process of large-scale expansion of "new retail". For example, there was a brief cooling down from the end of 2018, and the amount of financing dropped significantly. In 2019, Hema closed its stores for the first time in history. Therefore, this paper takes Company Y, an advanced new retail enterprise in China, as an example to study the cost management of enterprises under the new retail format in China. Based on the cost management, this paper analyzes the Company Y and puts forward some countermeasures to solve the problems.

In the 21st century, with the rapid development of science and technology in the world, education has become an important foundation project. For education, it is very important to grasp the teaching methods in classroom teaching. One of the important links is to pay attention to the cultivation of students' creativity. Creativity is the premise of the development of all things and the key to improve students' hands-on and brain skills. This paper focuses on the application of creativity in classroom teaching and how to effectively cultivate students' creativity in classroom teaching, and discusses how to cultivate students' creativity from four aspects: creating a good teaching environment, establishing the idea of believing in students, promoting students' divergent thinking and cultivating students' imagination.

English language, being a tool for communication, has played a vital role in both social life and academic fields. Based on this situation, developing teaching strategies and improving teaching effects are critical challenges that all English teachers are facing in China. Regarding this problem, studies show that English teachers need to have a further exploration on student’s learning styles and set up relevant teaching strategies to improve the actual learning outcomes of those college non-English majors. This study analyzes students’ learning styles and suggests corresponding teaching strategies implemented by the teachers for non-English majors. Besides, by synthesizing the concerned information, this study also put forward some teaching suggestions aiming to enhance English teaching strategies for non-English majors; therefore, the learning outcome may get improved correspondingly. Additionally, the study provides references for the enhancement of the comprehensive level of English teaching professionals in China.

This article firstly sorts out the tourism and disaster planning in recent years, and then shows the current situation of the integrated development of disaster planning and tourism planning, and finally points out the importance of paying attention to disaster planning strategies in tourism development. Then this article takes the tourism recovery and reconstruction plan after the "5.12" Wenchuan Earthquake in Sichuan as an example, discusses the planning process, content framework, and the scope and time limit, loss assessment, project selection, and fund allocation combined with the author's practical experience in participating in this plan. Finally the article discusses the pioneering contribution of this plan to the preparation of unconventional tourism planning in terms of framework system, theoretical basis, emergency rescue system, etc.
