Analysis of the Impact of Major Public Health Emergencies on the Economy of Xinyang City
Abstract
The major public health emergencies have had a serious impact on the economic and social development and people’s life of Xin-yang City. Based on the statistical data of Xinyang’s relevant industries from 2019 to 2022, this paper explores and analyzes the impact of the epidemic on Xinyang’s economy from fve aspects: GDP, transportation, tourism, catering, and real estate, and gives relevant measures and suggestions to promote the stable and healthy development of Xinyang’s economy, so as to improve the quality of people’s life.
