Abstract

and has also received increasing attention from investors and society. However, there is still controversy over the impact of ESG performance
on enterprise value. Therefore, this article briefly analyzes the content of enterprise ESG performance, conducts in-depth exploration of the
impact of enterprise ESG performance on enterprise value, and proposes strategies to make use of enterprise ESG performance to enhance
enterprise value for reference.
