The establishment and development of a new type of think tank system is an important means and guarantee for the scientific and democratic decision-making of modern countries. Zhejiang Province, as a relatively developed area of China’s economy, should follow and lead the trend. It is supposed to vigorously promote the construction of new think tanks with Chinese characteristics to help the state and Zhejiang government formulate more scientific and effective policies, as well as the modernization of national governance system and governance capacity. There are some problems in the construction of new think tanks in Zhejiang Province. Zhejiang Province should strengthen the construction of think tank, build new think tanks with characteristics and influence, so as to improve the comprehensive level of new think tanks in Zhejiang Province. |

With the rapid development of science, technology and economy, environmental problems are intensifying globally, which has affected people’s quality of life. In the context of e-commerce, developing an enterprise’s green supply chain has become one of an important means to improve environmental problems. However, there are still deficiencies and room for improvement in green supply chain management (GSCM), such as the inability to effectively integrate technology, the lack of innovation in management, and the inadequacy of relevant laws. In response to these issues, this article proposes relevant improvement strategies and hopes that the future green supply chain development will be helpful. |

Earned value management (EVM) emerged in the United States in the 1960s[1]. It is used as an important standard of project cost management and progress management. The focus of earned value is to accurately measure the specific plan and actual performance of a project, which can accurately predicts the final cost and schedule results of the project. Earned value is based on the integration of various means of project management, so that the real cost performance of the project can be reflected, which is not achieved by other project management technologies. Based on the actual B2B project of ABCD company, this paper studies the application of earned value in practice. |

Talent equity incentive has been implemented in many large modern companies, and it has achieved very commendable results. As a national research unit, the Academy of Agricultural Sciences is very different from market-oriented companies in its operation, but it is much the same in motivating and retaining employees. Combined with the direction of talent construction in the contemporary Academy of Agricultural Sciences, this article starts from the theory of talent equity incentives and fully understands the role of talent equity incentive mechanisms in enterprise development. It finally proposes innovative core mechanism incentive methods to provide references for the introduction of talent equity incentive mechanisms by the Academy of Agricultural Sciences. |

The balanced scorecard is a new dynamic performance management system which is different from the traditional performance evaluation system. It effectively transforms the enterprise’s strategy into four operational dimensions: finance, customer, internal business process, learning and growth.
