The independent director system plays a vital role in corporate governance. Under the background of independent directors' exodus caused by "Kangmei Pharmaceutical Case", Shanghai and Shenzhen A-share listed companies from December 31, 2021 to March 31, 2023 are chosen as the samples in this paper, in order to explore the possible influences of independent director's resignation behavior on the values of listed companies. It has been found that listed companies with independent directors having resigned are less capable of creating values, compared with those whose independent directors are in office, which proves that the independent directors' resignation behavior in listed companies negatively affects corporate values. It further proves that if listed companies manage to improve internal control quality and guarantee independent directors fully exercise power to lower the possibility of independent directors' resignation, these companies will create higher values. |

Many institutional investors and hedge funds have utilized pairs trading as an important branch of market neutral approach. Traditional pairs trading, in general, is limited to two similar stocks and relies heavily on stock price information; however, there is a danger of non-convergence. The major goal of this study is to use standard pair trading to expand the trading technique from a limited two-stock portfolio to a multiple-stock portfolio and profit from differential pricing. As a result, we suggest a multi-stock pair trading strategy based on co-integration, in which long and short trades are executed when trading signals are triggered in order to generate excess returns. |

The shareholdings of listed companies in China are relatively concentrated, and the shareholding ratio of the first largest shareholder is generally high. A reasonable shareholding ratio is a prerequisite for listed companies to achieve their own performance improvement, capital stability and efficient corporate governance. And good corporate performance and corporate governance level are the intrinsic motivation to promote the continuous optimisation of shareholding ratio. A lot of literature has analysed the impact of the shareholding ratio of the largest shareholder on corporate performance and reached different conclusions. Based on the research process of empirical analysis, this paper mainly takes the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry under manufacturing industry as the research object, and selects its relevant data in the period of 2010-2021. On the basis of reviewing the relevant literatures, using Excel software and stata database, we start from the impact of the first major shareholder on the corporate governance structure, and study whether it has a significant impact on the company's performance. Firstly, descriptive statistics are performed on the samples according to the explanatory variables, interpreted variables and other control variables to explore the characteristics of the selected variables in the industry; secondly, correlation analyses are performed on the variables other than the interpreted variables to verify the accuracy of the hypotheses preliminarily, and multiple covariance tests are performed to ensure the relative accuracy of the regression to a certain extent. Finally, the results of the sample regression are analysed accordingly to determine the relationship between the explanatory variables and the explained variables, and the conclusion that the explanatory variables and the explained margins do have a statistically significant relationship is proved. Through the empirical research of the article, it is concluded that the proportion of shares held by the first largest shareholder has a significant contribution to the company's performance, and the increase in the proportion of shares held by the first largest shareholder is conducive to the improvement of the company's performance. |

This article discusses the impact of psychological factors on financial markets from the perspective of behavioral finance. Traditional financial theory assumes that market participants are rational and able to make optimal decisions, but in reality, market participants' decisions are often influenced by various psychological factors, leading to irrational behavior and price fluctuations in the market. The article explores the theoretical foundations of behavioral finance, including psychological account theory, prospect theory, social evidence theory, information asymmetry theory, and choice difficulty theory. It also examines the influence of psychological factors on financial markets, including emotional and cognitive influences, social and information dissemination, and the analytical methods used in behavioral finance research. The article concludes that the use of behavioral finance can provide investors and regulators with deeper understanding and insight to help them make more informed investment decisions and develop more effective regulatory policies. However, the future development of behavioral finance requires more empirical studies, multi-perspective studies, and multi-disciplinary cross-sectional studies to further expand the understanding of the impact of psychological factors on financial markets. |

Human resources have always been the most precious possessions and irreplaceable. The level of psychological security of employees in an organization has a non-negligible impact on the output of employees in the organization. Increasing employees' organizational identification is a compulsory lesson for leaders. Employees who identify with the organization's culture, vision and mission will make them feel more strongly bonded together and will accordingly stimulate organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). A positive psychological safety framework is not only linked to output, but also to employee performance, so that employees can use their own initiative to create more new motivation, and secondly, employees will not be afraid to make mistakes, fearing that they will be afraid to challenge new things and try new ideas because of making mistakes. |

This paper selects relevant specific data for empirical analysis. By randomly crawling the background network data of a bank and according to the current relevant national financial policies and plans, 100 reasonable scorecards are formulated. Then, the QUBO model is innovatively introduced to optimize the combination problem of bank credit scorecard: The integer programming operational problems are constructed, and the variables in them are transformed into 0-1 binary decision variables. The data information is represented by the mathematical expression of Hamiltonian energy, and the QUBO matrix in the standard form is obtained after the transformation of constraints. Finally, the solver in the OPTI Toolbox of matlab is used to solve the problems. Find the scorecard that maximizes the final income and its corresponding unique threshold, and finally calculate the maximum benefit value. The QUBO credit card optimization model established in this paper is highly applicable, covers a wide range of industries, and has accurate prediction value, which maximizes the risk of bank financial collection loss, and provides a feasible and effective scheme for the financial industry.
