Talent is the core competitiveness of enterprises. Under the current overall socio-economic situation, enterprise human resource management has been promoted to the level of enterprise development strategy. This paper takes enterprise human resource management as the research object, expounds the meaning and importance of human resource management, analyzes the current situation of human resource management, and puts forward innovative strategies of human resource management under the new situation in view of the present situation, so as to provide reference for the reform of enterprise human resource management.

In 1995, the Greenbury Report introduced the performance-related long-term incentive plans (“LTPs”) to the UK corporations and advised that the proposed new LTIPs should replace the previous schemes. LTIPs as a tool to motivate employees, not only to reduce agency costs, but also to help companies retain talent and maximise performance.  However, the results of adopting LTIPs did not reach the expectations, since the original purpose has been damaged. Based on the poor state of affairs, some have proposed the use of deferred shares or cash as an alternative to LTIPs. Unfortunately, these alternatives cannot fundamentally solve the problems on LTIPs. Because of these issues, introducing a new payment scheme is impartial. Therefore, it is more efficient and effective to reform the LTIPs. Currently, the core of the major challenges with LTIPs is the complexity and lesser transparency, and the correct explanation of LTIPs and the usage of remuneration committee can contribute to a more acceptable payment structure.

The cause of talent integration development in the Yangtze River Delta is becoming increasingly mature, and the overall allocation of talent team in the region establishment and optimization of integration needs the guidance and support of relevant policy mechanisms. Based on the policy diffusion theory, the talent integration diffusion path is interpreted and sorted out, the analysis framework of the talent integration policy diffusion problem is constructed from the three dimensions of economic factors, geographical factors and urban scale, and the 26 Yangtze River Delta city cases are studied by using a clear set qualitative comparative analysis method.,The result shows that, there are two configuration paths: "aggressive" and "optimized hand" of talent integration policy. Local governments adoption of integration policies is influenced by per capita GDP, national independent innovation demonstration zones, geographical location, city level, and business environment ranking.

To clarify the internal mechanism and related avoidance path of “free-riding” behavior under the perception of team common goals, this study constructs a relevant model, and investigates the internal relationship and operation mechanism of shared goals, team members’ charisma, and “free-riding” behavior through the research of individual and overall variables of team members, and obtains the avoidance path of related behavior according to the survey data and literature research. The research takes college students as the main object of investigation and adopts a questionnaire form to investigate the perception of their team’s “free-riding” behavior. The results show that: (1) after controlling other factors, shared goals have a significantly negative correlation with “free-riding” behavior; (2) Team members’ charisma is the mediating variable of the relationship between shared goals and “free-riding” behavior; (3) The predictive effect of shared goals on “free-riding” behavior and the mediating effect of team members’ charisma is moderated by team support.

By using the method of fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis (fsQCA), taking 15 coastal ports in China as research samples, this paper selects five representative variables from the two dimensions. This paper makes a configuration analysis of the factors affecting the logistics capacity of coastal ports. It is found that the logistics capacity of coastal ports is affected by many factors; the berths of 10,000-ton terminals and the total GDP of port cities are the key factors affecting port logistics capacity.
