This paper illustrates the case of Britain and China and compare power supply companies' ownership, efficiency level, cooperation with non-governmental organizations, and supervision methods. We could conclude that privatization and centralization had various benefits and challenges, and the government plays different roles in electricity supply. For example, the centralization could have relatively unified quality, but privatization may suffer different quality levels that need to have supervision. Also, the privatized market is highly competitive compared with the centralized market, which means the government plays a relatively weak role in the electricity market, and the privatized market could reflect the consumers' needs with high efficiency. Also, we mention the importance of NGOs in the electricity supply for all cases. To sum up, having a healthy electricity supply industry requires the cooperation of the government, power suppliers, and consumers to obtain a healthy development of the industry.

A hybrid neuropolitical tool, combining eye-tracking and facial electromyography, measures visual attention and emotional responses. Through an experiment involving participants from Scotland's Climate Assembly, the research reveals biases  and  preferences  in  digital  narratives  and platforms, emphasizing the need for inclusive engagement processes. The findings contribute to enhancing digital public engagement platform and promote a more democratic decision-making process.

The financial data of A-share listed companies during the fifteen years from 2005 to 2020 are selected for analysis as the thesis samples, but excluding the listed enterprises of the financial insurance, ST category, etc. Combined with the tenure length, academic degree and education background of female executives, the empirical analysis method is adopted to analyze the correlativity between the female executives and enterprise's financial performance. The enterprise's industrial nature and enterprise's growth cycle are experimented and concluded in combination with the research results.

In terms of intrinsic value measurement, different from general commodities, financial assets pursue the right to claim future returns, and their value is reflected in the expected rate of return, which is determined by the expected cash flow brought by the unit asset. In the market supply and demand equilibrium, the price of general commodities is determined by the traditional economic supply and demand equilibrium, while the value of financial assets is determined by the arbitrage equilibrium. This paper presents a mathematical model of the return on financial assets in two periods, and explains how to estimate it from the perspective of expected cash flow and no arbitrage.

In the context of China's risk society in recent years, the emergency industry has become increasingly important. This paper adopts the difference-in- difference model to investigate the assessment of the impact of emergency industry policies on total factor productivity of enterprises based on the policies related to emergency industry introduced in 2014. The empirical results show that the emergency industry policies have a significant contribution to the total factor productivity of enterprises. This study can provide insights for the next stage of emergency industry policy formulation.

With public awareness of social responsibility increasing recent years, corporate social responsibility has become the focus of public attention. In recent years, the research on social responsibility behaviour of family enterprises and non-family enterprises has attracted extensive attention and research interest from scholars and enterprises. This paper takes the listed companies in China's a-share market from 2015 to 2017 as the sample to empirically study whether there are practical differences between the two. The results show that family firms are superior to non-family firms in CSR practice.

Under the manufacturers and outsourcing authorizing remanufacturing, the production decisions considering the optimal production decision is made under a two-stage game model in which the manufacturer engages in both new product production and discarded product remanufacturing. The competitive and cooperative relationship between manufacturer and who then charge a certain remanufacturing licensing fee to third party remanufacturers is analyzed, and the differences between models M and O in terms of optimal production quantity of new/remanufactured products, economic performance, environmental sustainability and product upgrading incentives are compared. We find that manufacturer are more likely to upgrade products when the remanufacturing is outsourced to a third party remanufacturer. When the remanufacturing business is outsourced, the third party remanufacturer always reduces the profitability of the original product manufacturer, but it is beneficial to the environment.

Understand the students' opinions and suggestions on organizing staff training. Collecting secondary data through literature survey obtained differences in different staff training used by different organizations in the pension industry. The structure of the article first analyzes and compares the literature, then introduces the research methods used, and then discusses the primary data. Using GROW model, IDP theory, Maslow's theory of needs discusses how to create a unique staff training system. The main conclusions are as follows: 1) The balance of rural tourism industry development in the study area is not enough, many of them are directly from the first industry to the third industry “violent” transformation, without cultural tourism resources, resulting in low tourist acceptance. At the same time, the structure and layout of the industry are also relatively unreasonable, and the cooperation efficiency between rural tourism industries is not enough. There is also a risk of chain breakage in the supply of industrial chain, and there may be a possibility of forming a tourism island. 2) In rural tourism areas similar to the study area, we should be vigilant, after a relatively high cost investment in rural tourism, the income is not considerable, easy to produce investment risk.

Therefore, based on in-depth research on S Company, this article studies its reimbursement management under financial sharing, explores existing problems, and proposes optimization solutions to improve the financial management level of the enterprise and promote the optimization of the expense reimbursement process.

Tourism is an important part of the national economy, accuracy forecasting tourism demand is conducive to promoting the sustainable development of the tourism industry. In order to forecast international tourism demand in China, this paper uses the monthly tourist arrivals from China to Thailand, Japan and Korea time span from January 2011 to December 2019, and consider Baidu search engine as exogenous variable. Using three commonly used forecasting models, namely, seasonal autoregressive integrated moving average with exogenous variable (SARMAX) model, back propagation neural network (BPNN) model and support vector regression (SVR) model to long term and short term forecast the international tourism demand in China. The results show that the SARIMAX model generate highest prediction accuracy for almost all evaluation indicators and forecasting steps, while BPNN model and SVR model show different forecasting accuracy under different conditions, which provides guidance for the selection of forecasting models for tourism demand.
