This study intends to investigate the influence of the adaptability of Chinese hotel employees on social expectations and employees' ability to adapt to changes during Covid-19. Numerous empirical studies at home and abroad have shown that through employee adaptability, employees are able to deepen their perceptions of their work and improve their work initiative, and therefore will increase their work engagement. Employee organizational agility refers to the ability of employees to perform the tasks assigned to them in their jobs. Unlike employee organizational agility, role profile refers to behaviors that are outside of job responsibilities and that are beneficial to the company or department. In this study, 311 valid data were obtained from employees of several Chinese hotels during Covid-19 using the questionnaire method in an online manner. The sample data were processed and analyzed using SPSS software.

This study aims to examine the concerns of both labor supply and demand by surveying job seekers at the first talent exchange conference post-pandemic and conducting interviews with participating enterprises. In addition, the macro-level analysis will be based on publicly available government data, in order to gain a comprehensive understanding of the state of Guangxi's labor market. The results indicate that while the macro-level structure of the labor market in Guangxi is stable, the pandemic has caused disruption at the micro level.

Besides the introduction and the conclusion, this report first demonstrates China’s anti-doping policy (i.e. Three strict policy), and then makes an analysis of Sun Yang's case, following which, China’s most currently valuable anti doping measures have been discussed.,By delving into the control measures of doping in China, and adopting Chinese athlete Sun Yang's case, this paper reflects the problems existing in elite sports doping control, and showing China's determination to prevent doping in sports events.
